Communication has been excellent, personable and consistent. I have never chosen a car online and had it delivered before, but it felt very personal and Octopus made it feel special. Only downside is that my wife loves the car and won't give it back!

Simple process with no hard sell whatsoever. Dave Attree was great to deal with and it was so simple to order a brand new car i cannot quite believe it. Even changing the spec was simple so i got exactly what i wanted. Nothing more i can say except fantastic service.
