    From Start to finish Octopus has made…

    From Start to finish Octopus has made my transition to EV driving a pleasure. Too many helpful employees have assisted in this to name them all but from first contact, delivery and EV Charger installation, Octopus have been superb. Highly recommended.

    An electrifying experience

    It was an easy decision to choose Octopus for my first venture into electric cars, having been a customer of theirs for a couple of years, and having had no problems whatsoever. However, this has had some small problems along the way, but thankfully, there's always someone that's prepared to go the extra mile, many thanks to Mei, she's been an absolute star, helping me along the way, her calm and assured manner made me feel as.if someone was.looking after my interest, again, thank you Mei

    Fantastic Customer Care

    Bentley our advisor was nothing short of fantastic. Fully engaged with us through the process, and took the time to run through with us each vehicle option we wanted to explore. Most importantly for us was there was no pressure placed on us to make any decisions, and we were given the time and space to go away and evaluate the options on offer to us. Very happy with the whole process and very happy to move forward with Octopus

    5 star service of ev team

    have been a customer of octopus for 3years, octopus website is transparent and straight forward, submitted my interest on their website and got replied promply. special mention to David Ossai and Lena, David guided me from beginning to end, answered tons of my questions without delay, all emails were replied same day with phone calls follow up. though I had to cancel my order unfortunately due to unavailability of my preference, Lena assisted for the refund right away, explained things in details on the whole process, stress free experience, the refund was supposed to take 10 days, but then received Lena's email in just 3 days the refund was made, and received full amount few minutes after her email. very helpful and efficient team. thank you for all the work.

    Great service from the OEV team

    I thought that I would reserve any feedback until I’ve taken delivery of my EV. The overall experience has been delightful and simple. I would highly recommend using OEV as they have a great team who will support you from the sales side and take care of you until you have received your car. Would like to thank Charlie Davis, Carys Brown and John (Electroverse) who have all done a great job and are all wonderful assets to OEV. Keep up the fantastic work.

    No interest in helping with issues

    Everything was great at first, received my car and noticed a small dent, flagged this with Cerri and now being ignored. Followed up after 1 week and i’ve still had no reply. Home charger is installed, it’s not working and the charging costs element of it are completely misleading, nobody is interested and each side points the finger at the other and fobs you off. Charger still isn’t working and car still has a dent with zero level of support or response Seems like the service is great…….unless there’s an issue and then it all changes

    Pleasant buying experience (if only they were all like this).

    Very Happy with the service provided by Octopus representative. I had a very productive conversation with the rep who was happy to chat and answer any questions. Didn't feel pressured to make a decision.

    The guys at Octopus have been great

    The guys at Octopus have been great. Charlie Davis - honestly - his customer service and responsiveness is second to none. I asked him lots of questions and probably was not the easiest customer as I really wanted a lot of detailed info. Charlie answered all my questions - and really helped me make an informed decision. I loved his honesty which helped me make the right choice. I cannot fault his approach at all - a credit to the team! Looking forward to using my EV and highly recommend using Octopus.
