    Mercedes EQB EV through Octopus Electric Vehicles

    I recently ordered a Mercedes EQB EV through Octopus, using our organisation's salary sacrifice scheme, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The Octopus team were professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and the entire process, from ordering to deliver was handled with care and efficiency. The car itself is fantastic, and knowing its part of a sustainable, cost-effective salary sacrifice plan makes it even better. Massive thanks to the Octopus team for making everything so seamless. Highly recommend!

    Superb service!

    Octopus Electric Vehicles did an outstanding job of keeping us informed throughout the whole process. It was a seamless procedure from start to finish.     Order cancel due to pricing error

    I ordered a mini countryman and both myself and HR signed the driver agreement and the handbook. 3 weeks later I was told Octopus were still waiting on HR. However I was then told that I could not have the car at the price in the contract due to a pricing error. I have subsequently ordered a Renault Scenic and have received excellent service so far, although the monthly price was higher than I originally hoped to pay. Will update the review again once I have a delivery date.

    Fantastic customer service

    Just received my new omoda E5 , it's even better in person. From the first point of contact with jack Jeffery to the point of delivery the whole process has been smooth and without any stress. Jack kept in contact regularly updated me on where we were for delivery dates and also ensuring the insurance and breakdown paperwork was in place just before delivery of the vehicle. I would recommend anyone to use octopus after the experience I received from jack he is a credit to octopus (so a big shout out to jack and over the moon with the quality of the car). Happy Easter. Thanks David

    I’ve had a brilliant experience

    I’ve had a brilliant experience so far with Octopus EV from applying, to the car arriving. What’s been really good is dealing with one person at Octopus. Harry Rutland sent wonderful clear emails throughout the whole process. Thank you.

    Great service from start to finish

    Great service from start to finish. Initially spoke to David Ossai when trying to work out which car to get who was very helpful. I was then handed over to Debbie Atug once the car was selected and she was excellent! The whole process was very easy and I love my new Omoda E5!

    Efficient and great communication!

    Everything ran so smoothly from ordering the car, the communication whilst my EV charger was fitted and waiting for a delivery date, right up until the handover process had taken place – it was easy, and I couldn’t be happier!

    The support from Octopus

    The support from Octopus, especially Harry Rutland has been first class. Moving over to a Electric Vehicle had been a 'no brainer' with cost savings showing immediately. Harry has been there all of the way, ensuring that the move over to an EV and home charger went smoothly. I would strongly recommend moving over to solar panels, battery, and a leased EV sooner rather than later. It is good to know that support from Harry will continue during my EV experience over the coming years.
