    Really smooth experience arranging lease car

    Really smooth experience arranging a lease car from Octopus Electric Vehicles. Communications, whether by phone, email or text were always timely and full. All my queries were answered, and adjustments to my requirements were made without fuss. Delivery was made on a day that I chose, and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful At all stages I was made to feel like a valued customer, not just another sale.

    Very happy

    My experience with Octopus EV has been really great. They have been really responsive, clear and helpful. It felt like a personal service with named advisers who I could contact by email or phone. Debbie Atug was my adviser and she was great throughout the process. Highly recommend.

    Amazing Service!!!

    I have recently taken delivery of a brand new VW ID3 supplied by Octopus electric Vehicles through a salary sacrifice scheme at work. What a fantastic experience it has been! Pankaj looked after me from day one with constant updates and kept me informed of everything and has since been in touch to check all is ok and im happy! I can not thank him and Octopus enough. And as for Driving an EV? WOW. I wish I had done it sooner, The only down side is my Husband and I are fighting over who takes it to work! I think we may have to sell our Petrol car and get another EV! Thank You Pankaj and all of the team at Octopus EV's for an amazing service! Highly recommended!!!

    Great service!

    Great service!! Application was very easy and service was excellent. I was kept up to date every step of the way and staff where all very helpful. I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking to lease an electric car.

    Second car in Scheme

    I am transitioning to my second car under their salary sacrifice scheme and have been impressed by Alexandra's in-depth knowledge and support during the process. She has been my main point of contact and has always be very prompt in all of our communications. Thanks!

    All round solid performance.

    All round solid performance. My previous company used lease-plan and renewing was a nightmare. The Octopus web-site was fine & all the operators I dealt with were keen to help and delivered what they promised. I am very pleased with the service I received.

    EVil Company

    This company discriminates against people based on age and disability. My mother is elderly and disabled, the offer of a leased EV was the ideal solution for family and carers to drive her where needed, plus she could have a disabled parking bay outside her home, so long the car must be leased in her name for this. But, Octopus EV and their finance partners “Close Brothers” have now turned-her down because of her poor Experian credit rating. However, because she has never applied for credit, had a loan, mortgage or credit card, she has no credit history and so no credit rating. But they have seen her last three months bank accounts that show she has enough funds to pay a whole year up front, and plenty of funds coming in to make the monthly payments. It is cruel to offer a product and then reject the client for a reason that doesn’t exist. My mother is upset, and worse, thinks she has done something wrong. People can own or lease a car in their name without a driving licence or ever driving the car, but not from Octopus EV. They’ve now come back to me. Apparently they’re concerned about the “length of the lease”. My mother is 99, which is why we took out the minimum 2-years lease. She is in good health and shows every sign of continuing to be so. However Octopus EV and Close Brothers assume she’ll be dead within two years, but then couldn’t any one of us also be dead within the next couple of years too ? We’ve now received this message from them: “We would be happy to discuss this further with you and take your feedback seriously. I'll ensure that we reach out to you today. Best Wishes, Samantha Customer Care Team Leader @ Octopus Electric Vehicles 444” Thank you very much for your lovely response Samantha. But of course, no one bothered to “reach out” to us for two days now. The word “Care” doesn’t really apply to your department does it Samantha ?

    Amazing customer service

    Amazing customer service. So efficient and gave continuous updates throughout the process. I've not switched my energy account to them as I was so impressed. They are always available for contact and there app is really helpful.

    Great customer service from Matt Rolls at Octopus

    Great customer service from Matt Rolls. He was knowledgeable, response and really helpful! Matt really helped with choice of car and made sure to keep in touch through the process. Now have my Polestar 4 and am really pleased with it and appreciative of the good customer experience.

    Very knowledgeable, helpful & would recommend

    Very knowledgeable & helpful. Explained how salary sacrifice worked, loved also how it shows what it means in your net pay and also talked a little about the what the electricity costs would look like. Let's you decide at your pace. Contract is clear and easy to follow, would definitely recommend a friend to use

    Great experience!!

    Overall my experience has been very good, I ordered my car early April and it was delivered on 24th April. Lightning speed delivery and I was kept in the loop the whole way. Ali from the Ops team has been amazing in supporting me and pushing this through for me. I love the car, great value, great service. I would highly recommend.
