Michael took the initiative to reach out to me to help me secure the EV I was looking for. I didn't realise OEV provided this service, but he noticed I was still generating quotes after ordering one car so called me to see if he could help. In the end, he helped me order a nearly new EV before it went live on the website which I was very grateful for.
Slick experience dealing with Octopus and a good selection of cars. Mitch Bryan had all the info I needed and very helpful arranging a test drive etc.
After encountering a series of frustrating issues with my vehicle order, I escalated my concerns within Octopus EV. I want to personally recognise Ryan from the Customer Care team, who stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. He organised a rental vehicle to cover a potential delivery gap, offered a fair goodwill gesture, and provided a genuine apology. His involvement restored my confidence in Octopus EV’s service standards. Thank you, Ryan, for turning what could have been a very negative experience into a much more positive one.

Mohammed from the fleet admin team is fantastic! He is very prompt at responding and gave all of the information I needed. He explains things in a very clear and concise manner and goes above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. He's such an asset to the team - especially since he deals with penalty notices, fines etc - all of which have deadlines, he was responding at 7pm and then first thing the next day too. Thank you so much Mohammed. Hope you are recognised for being great!
Mohammed from the fleet admin team is fantastic! I've spoken to team members from lots of different departments at Octopus - energy, EV, EV installation, now fleet admin - and he is just wonderful! Responds promptly, really helpful, answers all questions very clearly and goes above and beyond to ensure I'm 100% clear and comfortable with the information given. When you're dealing with fines or penalty notices or anything with tight deadlines you really need someone like Mohammed, what a great team member - hopefully he's recognised as being so! He was working at 7pm trying to resolve my issue and right back on the next day before 9am. Thanks so much Mohammed.

Bryony was charming, friendly and unfailingly helpful. At no time did I feel under pressure, as her gentle prods were so discreet and mild, even though my dithering might easily have tested someone's patience. In the end, I didn't go through with the EV deal but had I done so, I could not have wished for a better person to work with than Bryony.

The whole process was smooth, efficient and at all times I was kept well informed. Communication was prompt and timely, the charger installation was clean and tidy and the delivery and handover of the vehicle was simple and smooth with a demonstration of the car controls and features.
Truly exceptional service from Harry. From start to finish he went over and above to ensure our order was placed and delivered on time. There was a slight snag with our original order which could have caused significant delays however Harry went out of his way to not only accommodate our preferred delivery schedule but made the whole process seamless, positive, professional and I was constantly kept up to date with the progress. What customer service should be! A fantastic experience from the point I contacted them, right through to setting up the scheme and the ordering of the 1st car. Everything was well explained, understandable agreements, website to select the cars, and software to manage the administration and billing. The team helped and advised all of the way. Cannot fault them in anyway at all. Keep up the good work!!
