I have very little knowledge in this area and I found the support from the team at Octopus extremely helpful. Jessica was particularly brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. Once I was walked through it, the website was easily navigable. I think improvements are being developed to make the searches more specific to individual specifications - that would be my only criticism.
