My charger was fitted in good time, neat and very helpful with lots and lots of questions from me. The car was then delivered on time and had been faultless. Octopus EV, and Harry Rutland in particular, have been great from start to finish with our EV order. The information has been clear and easily accessible. The emails with links to each step of the documentation were easy to follow and there was no messing around with forgotten passwords or broken links. Harry has been easy to contact, flexible and has been quick to respond to queries. It has been a very easy process and customer service from everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend Octopus EV. The installer of the charger, Blake, was also very approachable and helpful. He made a big effort to go through all the options for the electric box placement and made sure we were happy before proceeding. His work was very neat and there was minimum mess.

I was helped by Michaela and she was brilliant. She was patient while I asked a lot of questions around the salary sacrifice scheme, and just generally has offered amazing customer service. The scheme was really easy to navigate and had lots of ability to customise as needed.
Their before-and-after sales are top-notch. Truthful in terms of the delivery timeline.

Charlie was very helpful and super-responsive when answering my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again. I’ve yet to take delivery, so I can’t speak to the full experience, however, the early signs are very positive!
The process of ordering a new car can be stressful in most situations but I can honestly say that these guys take away of lot of that stress. They know their products well and will guide and help you make selections and WITHOUT the pushy salesman attitudes that comes with going to any dealer. The only reason I have scored a 4 and not a 5 is that the Website / App keeps showing incorrect information - I ordered my car on the 17th of April and even today 8th May it still does not show as 'On Order' and does not show the expected delivery date which I have been given by email as 24th May (the website shows Jun-Aug)
