I think Novo is run by teenagers. Incompetent, uncaring, deceitful - nothing like a professional banking experience.

I love this bank, I will be using it on all my businesses now! They even have a thing called "NOVO BOOST"Z and your payments come through quicker. It has many integrations with other apps. I recommend this bank really nice bank.
It’s been 5 months of constant hell trying to get patient assistance for my senior citizen mother to help with her prescription. It’s been 5 months of faxing over paperwork and insurance cards, appeal letters, insurance termination letters and then having to call every 2 weeks to hear we need something else faxed. Something that could have been told to us 5 months ago. It’s a game, there is no way this couldn’t be handled 5 months ago, especially since she was approved for it in October of 2024
Worst Customer Service in the Pharma Industry My Fiasp Insulin had some grey particles in the insulin, the insulin was damaged and was not reducing the glucose. I was travelling in Europe and made a complaint to the Company through the Health authorities. Novo Nordisk never gave me a proper answer and never apologized. Also they were out of Fiasp stock for months and same behaviour. They are useless.
Worst company to use- don’t trust them with your prescription. I’ll be reporting to the board of pharmacy and URAC
NOVO was recommended by Legal Zoom in October, 2024. We started a new business and decided to go with NOVO. When I got my first check to deposit I attempted to deposit on my computer. The words "deposit" appeared in a small circle and I clicked. Next thing I knew I was entering the routing number and account number on the check I was depositing. I stopped when I realized this was not the normal way to deposit checks online so I left the website. The next morning I went to the NOVO app on my phone and found the deposit spot. This time it was normal, take a picture of the front of the check, take a picture of the back of the check, enter amount and click. It worked and I was so pleased. Two days later I looked at my account and saw that I had accidentally "transferred" the check amount into my account. I emailed NOVO to ask if I could stop payment. I received the usual bs with no help whatsoever. My next problem was not only did the transfer go through, but the check deposit went through as well. Now I had cashed my customer's check twice. This was not a small amount, roughly $3,600. I immediately sent a check through the website to my customer to reimburse them for the error, $3600. I called my customer to alert them of the error and told them the check was on its' way. I followed the progress of the check and called NOVO every week to ask what was taking so long. After a MONTH my customer finally received the check. This is disgraceful. A week after my customer received their check another disaster occurred. My account was hacked. Not only hacked but the email address and phone number I had attached to the account had been changed. I called NOVO EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK. They kept telling me to go to my account and check the support folder. The problem was I couldn't access my account because every time they sent a code I was not receiving it, the thief was. After a solid week I finally got access to my account. For three days the thief had stolen over $2,800. I was told there would be an investigation that would take up to 120 days. I called often to find out what was happening. I was not allowed to get passed the call center (where everyone sounds the same and says the exact same thing). Finally, after two months I called and was told my claim was denied. I have now lost a very good customer and I am out $2800. I will be suing NOVO. DO NOT USE THIS "BANK".
My mom is the program for the Free Ozempic for her Congenital Heart Failure as prescribed by her cardiologist. And I HATE, HATE working with this company. They have an automated system to give you the tracking but funny how the ONLY part of the IVR system that is sped through is the tracking number. Therefore, you have to call in and these people are NASTY. They told me that my Dr messed up the paperwork, although mom already got the first 3 months shipment, and I asked why didn't they tell me so I could straighten it out and they had no good reason. We had to get free 4 weeks from mom's dr. THEN lo and behold I called back after paperwork was sent in AGAIN and didn't hear so I asked what the status was and WOW they said Dr. filled out paperwork wrong again!! THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP. THEY DO NOT CAE IF PEOPLE DIE.
I have yet to have a problem with this bank over 2 years.... Organization is very user friendly and detailed..
I never expected to have my account closed without any real explanation. No warning, no clear reason—just a sudden closure and vague messaging. This kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable from a financial institution. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s a complete breach of trust. I expected better, and frankly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Think twice before trusting Novo with your money.
Do not use this bank, I am stuck for 2 months because of this bank, all they do the moment we made a deposit they actually make your account frozen and you’ll never get an answer for a long, long, long time I can’t even call a bank. This is a some sort of scam
They can't even craft a simple auth form online or for mobile device that works! High schoolers can craft better medical forms and processes. This company is a joke.
As a digital financial institution, Novo has met the expectations I had. I specifically chose Novo for its reserves feature and so far I have not been disappointed. I had no illusions about its limitations, and as such have a physical bank locally. Their support was responsive and helpful when I needed it, so no complaints there. The only hiccup I had was when I tried to send a cheque to one of my vendors, it never got there, and there is no option to cancel or void it.
As a small business owner I find Novo offers very limited features for my needs. I struggled with the fact they did not offer Credit Card for a long time (and now, after I've gotten one) they do. All transactions need to be electronic, meaning cashing a check or making a cash deposit is not possile. They lack an investment platform to rest money that is set aside. Using electronic checks to make payments can take several days unti it reaches the destination. On the other hand, they offer the basic features for a small business that can deal with some of the above inneficiencies.

They are great, as long as you don't need any special help or service. We were unable to use mobile deposit for a Cashier's Check, and for FOUR DAYS, they kept repeating that I should just delete and reinstall the app on my phone. I did that so many times... in the end they were unable to deposit the check, and had no suggestions as to how to move forward, yet kept saying, "we're happy to help" but also "so sorry we can't get it to work". We received NO HELP and had to open an account elsewhere in order to deposit the Cashier's Check.

Novo has, thus far, been responsive to our every need. I'm also enjoying the various products and services and the payroll loan revolving account is a very very nice touch. This company has helped me scale to the point where I only like fintech companies. Top notch! Thanks Novo and staff.
