I live overseas and rely almost…

I live overseas and rely almost entirely on my NOVO business debit card for all my financial transactions. It’s accepted everywhere I go, and I really appreciate that ATM fees are reimbursed instantly!

Novo is a Small business supporter

I have been with Novo for over a year now. The biggest thing for me is security and I can easily lock both my physical and online card. If something is not on par with my spending they will send me a message to double check before they process payments. They keep me up to date with their new services. They help me keep track of my expenses and show me how much I have coming in vs going out. I would recommend them to any that needs an online business account that is trustworthy and gets the job done.

Novo "out of scope" policy: Hidden Edition.

It turns out that running a "vending machine service" business falls into Novo’s restricted category—alongside industries like adult-oriented productions, gambling, fantasy sports, debt collection, and cryptocurrency. This is mentioned in their FAQ, but only as an attached PDF under "related business," rather than prominently on the main FAQ page under business restrictions. If Novo had indicated upfront, during the onboarding process, that my business doesn’t meet their criteria, it could have saved a lot of time and effort. While this restriction might seem unusual, businesses have their preferences. However, what’s unacceptable is the lack of transparency. They had me go through the entire process—filling out forms, submitting business documents for verification—only to inform me at the very end that my business is prohibited from their platform. This kind of disorganized onboarding is poor customer service and a waste of time for small business owners. If you value efficiency and clarity, you might want to consider other options. Save yourself the aggravation.

If you’re reading, this is probably too late. The reviews that have been put on Novo Bank are mostly fake. This is a real customer real review. This is an awful bank. This is a awful bank. No one speaks English today is 2025 April 12. I am proud to say that this is the worst bank as a business owner you will ever encounter do not put your money into that bank. If you have do me a favor close it immediately You will pay for every moment they have your money they have frozen my account to no error of mine and yes, I said no error of mine. Please dig deeper into the reviews before you get Novo Bank if you look on Google, there are no reviews they’ve hitting them. All of their reviews are AI generated and I am a real person telling you to run run fast. Update. As you can see, they have responded and I’m going to tell you once again shut down Novo bank. The response is AI generated response. Their support system is not true at all when you reach out to them keep in mind you’re gonna call somebody they’re not gonna give you any answers or you’re gonna send a message that they’re not going to respond to if I could’ve added my receipts on here I would I’m gonna tell you again do not allow them to mess up your payroll for your employees as they have done to me run run get away from Novo Bank shut them down. This is a mockery and a disgrace. It should’ve never happened to me and my problem is it’s other people out here suffering just like me if you don’t believe me go to Reddit and see all the complaints about Novo bank so all this trust pilot statements they’re all fake. Mine is the only real one stay away from Novo bank and if you got them, I’m gonna tell you this they’re only good. They’re not good anymore.

Best online bank I have ever used

Best online bank I have ever used. They are so easy to deal with, I love depositing checks on my phone. They have great customer service and I have been with them for many years! FANTASTIC BANK!

Horrible customer service and allows…

Horrible customer service and allows fraud transactions. I was compromised and noticed the moment it happened I woke up just as the person did $824.61 in charges. They tried with wrong info ( I guess zip code ) they got it right that’s when my text alerted me of the transaction. I immediately turned my card off and sent customer support a message when they finally reached back out to me. They said we have to let it go through all the way and then we can file a charge back to get your money back so we did that and then I’ve never had any interaction with the company VIbee which is where the fraud transaction came from I’ve never used them. I’ve never even heard of them up until this day. I continue to message Novo for the next three months. They told me it could take up to 120 days and then today I received a message saying that they are not giving me my money back with no explanation. Just sorry we’re keeping it. I have already reached out to the FBI online complaints. I have also reached out to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to take this matter all the way until it is resolved we are a small nonprofit organization for children and the lack of support Noble has given is unbelievable. I even reached out to them a couple weeks ago because I saw all of the complaints saying that they do this over and over to companies which I’m sure they are receiving the money back and they’re just keeping it themselves. I’ve never seen a bank have so many complaints over the same thing. This is very scary especially when we trust the bank to keep our money safe. The sad part is is when I try to use my card and also payroll and other merchants that need to be paid. I’m always blocked and told that I’ve exceeded my amount. Novo sent me a text message which I have paper trail of saying that they had even permanently updated my limit so that I can make my merchant payments on the first of the month and then they came back and said I guess because I’ve been questioning them about the $824 that first they tried to say they did not say that it was a permanent change when they put my limit up the second time after I showed them that I had proof they just said sorry we’re not gonna do it There’s no consistency. Nobody knows what they’re doing there. They really just copy and paste what you want to hear.

Novo is business banking. I run a professional photography business and love novos varies options for not only integrations, but the simple fact I can create a invoice, get paid, and track my revenue/ business costs all through one app! Definitely recommend for any small business.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I received a deposit from our companies General Councils office and NOVO held it for 2 weeks and then they finally released it. Then my account was compromised and they refused to assist. Then I got a new card and was refused a purchase at Family Dollar for $6.84. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Good bank

Good bank, no minimum fees. Mastercard Debit. ACH Transfers take about 2 days. And the reserves you can think about as like savings accounts. Very good with dispute transactions. Highly Recommend Novo Bank

Entrepreneur Mother of 4, loyal customer forever!

As a homeschool mother of 4 who also runs a small business, I absolutely love using Novo for my business banking! They made it so easy to open my account! I love the app and the customer service and security are top notch! The only tiny thing I wish and hope they will add someday is the ability for me to deposit cash at ATM's. I have a lot of local cash customers and having to go get money orders to deposit said cash is an extra step that takes up valuable time with 4 kids in-tow. But maybe that is just me 🙃 Despite Novo not having the option for me to deposit cash directly, I still have no desire to bank anywhere else and will always use them! You have a loyal customer! Thanks Novo, for helping me dream big while I am still a small little entrentrepreneur!

This company makes it very hard for you…

This company makes it very hard for you to apply for assistance. For 3 months I’ve been calling for status of my application and everytime I call which I call every 2 weeks to check they say I’m missing something which isn’t true. My doctor can’t believe how many times they faxed the info over for them to keep saying I’m missing another thing. I feel they lie. I finally gave up on them. They are very incompetent and a big disappointment. I believe they just don’t want to help you They keep on finding reasons to not approve the application. Now they say my application expired and start a new one. Nope I’m not wasting my time on this PHONEY company

I would rate Nova Nordisk with zero…

I would rate Nova Nordisk with zero stars if I could. Two of my Wegovy injection pens malfunctioned, and the company refused to send replacements because my doctor prescribed the same dosage for two months instead of increasing it every month. This is a product defect, no matter the dosage. I’ve already paid full price out of pocket for the first three months of this year due to my high insurance deductible. They didn’t care. Now, I’m out of medication for the next two weeks because they won’t send a replacement. I’m due for an increase, so when I’m finally able to fill my prescription, I’ll have to deal with intensified side effects like nausea, headaches, and vomiting—especially after being off the medication for two weeks and then starting a higher dosage. Not to mention, the medication won’t be as effective after such a long break. They didn’t care. They don't care. I asked myself, "Do I feel safe taking a medication long-term from a company that clearly doesn't care?" The answer is NO! BEWARE before starting a Wegovy prescription!

This company is rotten to the core and I’m gonna do whatever I can to report them. My husband was able to get Ozempic last year. He qualified for it this year they said no I went through tons of paperwork tons of calls as of last night the last call was yes I have this fax to us this one paper From his pharmacy so I did and I called today and another agent told me it wasn’t approved. I am fed up with this company. The lies the agents not knowing their job. This is not fair. So now my husband has no more medicine and his diabetes numbers are going to skyrocket he’s been on this medicine for a year and just to go off is not good thank you Ozempic For messing with my husband‘s health
