Kundendienst BÄÄÄH!!?

Die Produkte von Novo Nordisk, die ich verwende (Tresiba und Novo Rapid) mögen ja ganz gut sein. Der Kundendienst ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Trotz 2maliger Mailanfragen fand es in dieser Firma niemand der Mühe wert, mir zu antworten. So stelle ich mir die "perfekte" Kundenbetreuung vor. Zum Vergessen!!!!!

Unacceptable Recruitment Process

I have applied to over 15 jobs at Novo nordisk Denmark the past year and got a total of 1 reply, which was a rejection. I hold a MSc in IT and have years of relevant experience. I feel really poorly treated by Novo and have therefore decided to divest the entirety of my Novo Nordisk stocks in an attempt to avoid supporting such unprofessional practices. The HR team seems to believe they don't owe anything to applicants.

I contacted them regarding a Wegovy one that malfunctioned

I contacted them regarding a Wegovy injection pen that malfunctioned. The needle didn’t penetrate the skin, and instead just spilled the liquid out. They said they were unable to replace the pen because my doctor hadn’t moved me up “fast enough” according to their dosage schedule. They were not concerned that I had had to pay over $700 for this box of pens, or nearly $190, just for the one that malfunctioned. They even acknowledged that it was not operator error, but an issue with the pen itself. What terrible customer service.

Don't care for their customers

I have been on "hold" for a total of more than two hours and have yet to talk to a human being. My Wegovy pen has malfunctioned and I want info for replacement. Since insurance doesn't pay for medication I cannot afford to throw away a month's worth of medication.

Actrapid und Protaphane werden bald nicht mehr produziert. Ich nutze diese Humaninsuline seit 1983 ohne Komplikationen und Spätfolgen. Jetzt muss ich auf Analoginsulin umgestellt werden. Ich vertraue den analogen Insulinen überhaupt nicht. Ich habe Angst und bin enttäuscht. Es geht nur um Geld und wir Menschen sind nur Mittel zum Zweck für die Pharmakonzerne.

Shame on Novo Nordisk for cheating people on fixed incomes

Novo Nordisk will go out of their way to cheat senior citizens and people on fixed incomes if they're insulin pens break and you can't get your full doses out of the pen. They refuse to replace the broken pens. Shame on them

I'm on a ozempic which I'm supposed to have four doses for 30 day supply. .5 mg once a week. Second time in a row I'm short I have two different pins. I called Nova Nordisk spoke to Daryl he said that he'd send me a replacement. A few minutes later he calls me back and says no I said something don't know what I said but they weren't going to cover it. I called back to my insurance company and told him what was going on they called him two different claim numbers. You spend hundreds of dollars for your diabetes and it's like does the stuff work maybe worse f****** company ever. I've been waiting over 24 hours at someone was supposed to call me back. I think it's a not the United States I don't think we should be buying anything from any of these foreign countries. Poses

Greedy and lack of care of for people with diabetes

Withdrawal of the Ryzodeg 70/30 Flextouch pen has impacted people with diabetes in Australia. Their excuse? The mechanism of the Flextouch pen is in short supply, as it is shared with the Semaglutide devices. As the Flextouch is still widely available in the UK, India and US, I am smelling bull***. More likely they do not make as much money for it in Australia versus the US. I have patients that cannot use the Novopen due to dexterity issues, particularly post CVA and putting in that blasted cartridge. You only have to see their pricing racket with Wegovy and Ozempic to see how capital focused they are. Providers will remember, especially when your rivals bring out new products..... what goes around ......

Obtained Fiasp brand insulin which is a rapid acting insulin for the purpose of killing myself. Do you understand the disappointment when, after injecting 1500 units, I wake up in the morning and haven't even ended up in a coma, which you should normally do at 25 units. No, this crap preparation must be some kind of scam

Wegovy kan ikke fås på apoteker i Nordjylland, men kan fås i Holstebro. Desværre ikke første gang jeg oplever dette. Håber de får styr på det.

Ikke-eksisterende kundeservice

Jeg er diabetiker gennem 34 år og tager dagligt insulin 4 gange med Novos nye insulinpenne, der har indbygget hukommelse, så man kan se tidspunkt og dosering for seneste insulinindtag. Det er en rigtig god funktion, da jeg med tiden oftere og oftere kommer i tvivl, om jeg har taget eller ikke har taget insulinen. Pludselig var displayet på min ca. 1 år gamle pen forsvundet. og jeg henvendte mig til leverandøren hvor jeg havde fået pennen. Leverandøren sagde så, "Kontakt Novo, de kan sikkert hjælpe dig". Det gjorde jeg så for fire arbejdsdage siden, men har endnu ikke hørt en lyd fra Novo. Jeg rykkede også efter to arbejdsdage. Jeg har oplyst mail og telefon, men Novo Nordisk har trods deres milliardoverskud ikke vægtet at ansætte et passende antal medarbejdere i deres kundeservice, så kundehenvendelser kan besvares rimeligt hurtigt. Ved at gennemse Trustpilots indlæg om Novo Nordisk er det også påfaldende, at indlæggene (der ofte er ret kritiske) aldrig bliver besvaret, kommenteret eller beklaget af Novo Nordisk. Det er simpelthen en dårlig firmakultur, der strider mod Novo Nordisks øvrige målsætninger, som bl.a. Politiken har beskrevet i en række artikler. Ove Kirketerp

Unfähig ihre Produkte in ausreichender Menge zu liefern. Immer die gleichen Ausreden keine Kapazitäten, Lieferengpässe.... Eine Lösung wäre schnell und einfach: Kooperationspartner in EU mit entsprechenden Kapazitäten suchen. The worst by phone customer service. They are advertising to you when you have a problem with their product another number is reading you all the legal garbage. I just wanted help. This customer service is a real sickness. They make enough money to pay for better service to their customers. They take the money and run.
