Northern Renewable Centre Reviews

Was made to feel at is

Contacted the Northern Renewable Centre in a slight panic as we’d literally just realised that our solar panel system wasn’t working at all. During my initial phone conversation..during which it must’ve been clear that I had no idea what I was talking about.. the chap I spoke to was very easy to talk to, asked the relevant questions to get the info he needed to help us.. he then arranged for an engineer to call the next day, Dan, our engineer was bang on time, very pleasant, very knowledgeable & reassuring, he made a point of explaining exactly what he was doing as he was doing it and what he’d discovered during his check. Our inverter had failed & needed replacing- Dan then called the manufacturer to check the status of the guarantee etc on it. We received a quote via email later that day, very reasonable we thought… and were offered an appointment the next day to replace our inverter with a new one. The engineers that came out to do the job were, again very pleasant & took real care not to carry any dirt thru the house. Again they explained what they were doing, fitted the inverter and carried out a service on the rest of the system (included in the price) & so, two days later we now have a working system again. We were so impressed with the company’s service from beginning to end. Although we obviously didn’t have much knowledge about our Solar system, no one was at all condescending, they made everything clear as they were working, they were very efficient, cleared up brilliantly when they’d finished and basically left no sign that they’d been in the house - apart from perfectly working solar panels & the bits that make them work! All in all we were very impressed with the Northern Renewable Centre and would have no hesitation in contacting them again with any future problems and absolutely no problem at all in recommending them to others.

From the first visit into the showroom until the last of the guys left the house everything was easy. No pressure to sign up, given time to decide on the best options for me. I went with solar panels with battery storage . The team that came to the house were very respectful of the property and cleaned up any mess. Once I sorted out my new tariff another quick trip into the showroom and they remotely programmed that battery to refill during my cheap rate time. Thanks to all would 100% recommend.

Good job installing replacement inverter

Informative and friendly staff

Excellent efficient installation of solar battery.

We have just had our solar panels and battery fitted today. Excellent service from start to finish, they made us so welcome in the showroom where they explain everything in detail. The installation team were very friendly, from the scaffolders, roofers and electricians. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and we had the App installed, demonstrating how it works. They put everything back in its place and left it spotlessly clean and tidy. We received a few quotes before hand but decided to use the local company who’s quote was very competitive. Highly recommend Northern Renewable 😁

Recommended to me and progressed to getting a quote, experience from start to finish was very good. They understood my requirements and provided a tailored solution which delivered on what I needed, I opted for 12 Panel system with battery storage and EV charge point. The quote was very competitive however the standout point and purpose of writing this review was the customer service ( Office Team ) and the installation team who visited the property. The quality of the work was very good and they left the property clean and tidy post install, thank you to the team at Norther Renewable and would not hesitate recommending to anybody else looking to have Solar / renewable technology installed.

Our solar battery installation was carried out by NRC, the technicions were very helpful and explained the equipment operation. Follow up from the NRC centre was excellent with questions / queries answered fully.

The customer service was excellent. All of our queries were answered. All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, also willing to go that extra bit to ensure we were happy with the installation, can't recommend this company highly enough.

This fast installation of solar panels was carried out by Northern Renewables, a friendly and efficient team driven company. All the staff were knowledgeable and helpfull at each stage, also willing to go that extra bit to ensure we were happy with the installation. Great communicatiuons with that personal touch. Highly recommended.

The customer service we received was excellent. All of our queries were resolved before they became issues. We were promised a good job and that we would be happy with the end product and we can honestly say that the promise has been fulfilled on both counts and can't recommend this company highly enough.

Sound professional advice.

Bit of a bumpy start but soon sorted out, one days work was quoted but it was three days really. Workmanship was fine.

Great service and staff.
