I have always used the Ipswich Tower Ramparts car park when I'm in the town. That particular day in question I got a PCN ZP77756989 for failure to pay. I have always paid in the past so I asked for a waver and it was considered. Thanks for understanding my situation. Much appreciated 👏🏽

The person I spoke to was so helpful and understanding of my plight with regards to missing the payment deadline drop off charge which I was not aware. He remained on the phone and guided me through the online payment process.

You have charged me 95p on contactless payment once I've entered my car registration to then have a letter 6 weeks saying saying I owe more money . I cannot adjust the fee on the machine so it's your error not mine. 1 hour 20mins parking

Mikael in the chat on the web site actually helped me get a receipt when it hadn't arrived after my on line request. Obviously i had to give the same details and he had to search NPC records but it was a good experience that got the correct result . It was not frustrating , which I though it might be when I saw it was a chat bot ... but I soon got to a real person Mikael and result happiness ! Phil B

Sorting out a mistake on my part was easily corrected due to forgetting to update my second car and having the wrong one payed for parking. Really good system and quick and understanding and getting back. Good service and NCP parking gets a 5 Star from me.

Heidl was helpful and solved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction.

I had not read the parking signs properly - had assumed you pay as you leave but in fact you pay on arrival. On leaving I paid for 3 hours, although I knew I had parked for 5 hours plus (there was no option to pay for.more than 3 hours other than a 24 hour stay). When I arrived home I contacted NCP via webchat and I spoke to Heidi. She was very understanding and while the error was my fault she permitted me as a one off to pay for an additional 3 hours of parking, thus covering my stay. The end result being i avoided any fine. She did not have to do this, so I appreciate her kindness & customer service skills.

I put the wrong car park in when I paid and a lovely lady called aziel was able to assist me to correct it the 1 time.
