Elis been so friendly and patient in dealing with my request, also she responded quickly to my emails and showed me clearly what to do. Thank you Elis for such great job you do. You're wonderful!
I had messed up with not scanning the code and Allen was super helpful in the middle of the night. The flight was delayed as well which meant I had overstayed my welcome but Allen was understanding and very kind.
Lara, was great and sorted out my issue with changing my pre booked space timings. On my own the comptuer was not playing ball, but lara on the chat site sorted it out!!

I drove from Bath to locate a plaque I had purchased and had been placed on a bridge at Chesil Beach for my sister who died last year. I pulled in to check for a few minutes if it was the right place and then left incurring a charge of £100 (or £60 if paid quickly). I appealed the amount and offered to pay less as it was only a few minutes and had a lovely letter telling me that they would waver it this time. Thank you so much NCP. Great to know that the human element and understanding exists - so much appreciated.

I went around in circles just trying to get a receipt for parking as the machine at the station didn’t give one. And now, when I’m emailed a receipt I still can’t access it, but gave to fill in a review instead! Just put a link at the top of your website to access receipts and then you might get a five star review!
Parked in a Birmingham City Car Park and was locked in on my return later that evening. In fairness the outside did display the car park closing times although it was dark and i never had my reading glasses, i never noticed until my return am not very familiar with city centres, after three urology surgeries i was desperate and in a rush for the toilet when i parked. Realised it was my error, never compalined, caught a expensive taxi home and got the train back the next day to collect my car. Paid What the parking meter requested. Heard nothing more no correspondence from NCP until two and a half months later when a debt collection agency called Trace Debt Recovery sent me a demand for £170. Tried contacting the debt recovery agency to amicably discuss however they have no email and despite 12 minutes on hold nobody answered. Tried Calling NCP ON 0345 050 7080 Yesterday and was on hold for a long time with no answer.

I emailed about an overcharge, and Maricar reviewed the situation and processed a refund. Really appreciate the fair and prompt response.
I used the wrong car reg when parking and realised after the fact. I contacted customer service who applied my payment to the correct car and thankfully resolved the issue.
Competent speedy reconciliation of a problem that was my error. Very happy.

Paid for parking at the incorrect location on the app - appeal rejected as they said I went over the time paid for. Based on the PCN letter received - I went over by 31 seconds for the 2 hours that paid for. Getting 3 children into a vehicle I'm sure all parents would understand there should be a grace period to exit a car park. Appealed and they claimed they sent a response to pay £20 reduced fine and it now escalated to a debt recovery of £170 which I paid due to their lack of communication. I advise the Nation where possible avoid all NCP car parks
