Solved a parking issue promptly via their webcam service
My 94 years young father mistakenly parked in a car park thinking his blue badge would cover the charges. After receiving a letter with a fine, this upset him deeply. I wrote to NCP explaining and they very speedily revoked the fine, for which I am extremely grateful. Sincere thanks to NCP for their understanding and compassion in resolving the issue.
After being fined for parking with a wheel touching a white line due to spaces being marked incorrectly and spaced too small, I tried to lodge an appeal based on this. It was declined and they upheld my penalty. This week I find out they are now repainting the car park and have made the bay spaces larger. What a sham of a company
I have had several weeks of trying to pay, get receipts, get refunds because money is taken twice, threatened with PCN's because I could not pay using their useless systems and they would not take the payment - this is totally disorganised and set up I believe so they can fine customers. Bring back the Barrier and ticket machine. On one occasion I had an e-mail from an Oliver who told me they would take payment over the phone, I did and a Rahm told me he could not and a PCN would be issued. I sent an e-mail to Oliver on the address he e-mailed me from received a "we will answer in 5 working days" and then received about 10 minutes later a your e-mail has been deleted without being read, this was not an error as I sent a second e-mail and exactly the same thing happened.

I paid under the wrong car registration and customer service was able to help me correct the situation with no extra cost. It shows that the care about their service not just making money. I was impressed keep it up

CAUTION! I was visiting this area and so unfamiliar with this car park. The NCP website for Swan Centre car park states it has automatic number plate recognition and when entering there's a sign stating camera's in operation however, as I found out much later these are not linked to the parking meter, their sole purpose is to catch out motorists then NCP can claim large parking charges. I entered my number plate into their parking meter thinking ANPR system was operating, it displayed a fee of £1.90 which I paid, days later when I got home they'd sent me a parking charge for £100, I should have paid £3.80. At the time I was unsure what I'd done wrong so I appealed. During the appeal and subsequent conversation with their customer service neither mentioned that the camera system was not linked to the meters. An extremely unhelpful company that should receive zero for customer experience.

Yesterday I parked my car & paid the fee not realising i had changed my car but not registered it on the vehicle list. After explaining on the chat on NCP app, It was sorted very quickly. They understood & ensured that i will not be penalised.
Great service and understanding by NCP and especially Aizel. I mistakenly went through the Gatwick south terminal drop off zone after parking in their long stay car park and was notified that I needed to pay £7. I contacted them via the web chat and explained the situation and they showed understanding and voided the payment. So it goes to show that not all car park companies are just out to squeeze every penny from us and are reasonable if you stay polite and honest with them.
