Received an NCP parking notice for drop off at Gatwick airport when I had paid the drop off fee online of £7 on the morning off drop off. Appalled and caused stress with receiving the fine 1 month later. Not easy to resolve either NCP advisor said it depends when my bank processed the payment how am I to know when my bank processed the payment I am not employed by the bank I am only a bank account holder of a bank account of the bank. The advisor said I should know the time and date the bank processed the payment I explained that's irrelevant and I would not know that and said I have an email confirmation of the payment I made. I was told that's not enough evidence and to take a screen shot of the payment in my banking app I explained that my banking app does not allow screen shots. I am appalled and will write to my local MP. Its not my fault if the NCP automated parking system has an error or is flawed not fit for purpose and the system does not work to retain a record of my payment duly paid accordingly to the T&Cs of the airport. Why should I have to spend my time appealing I have done nothing wrong and paid to be dropped of appropriately. Friday 13th unlucky for some!

Disgusting - behaviour literally in and out (within a minute) as it was a one way system and no where else to go. My Dad did not park at all and there’s a parking fine. Wow! Terrible behaviour. A company clearly taking advantage of people - shocking! Don’t bother responding to any requests for further information as below, a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!!

Your operator went out of her way to assist me with downloading photos of my blue card so I could make a booking. She was very helpful and polite and altered my photos to allow me to complete my booking.
I've been using NCP parking for a while now, They are reliable, with many locations around Glasgow. The customer service is great too. I once submitted an appeal and the process was easy and straightforward. the issue was resolved with no hassle. Highly recommend
I parked in Great Northern NCP. I thought I’d paid for car parking 1 as it was on the ground floor. In fact it was car parking 2. 32139 & not 32138 NCP sorted it for me. Understood my error. Corrected it. Thank you.
