I forgot to pay my parking today, lightbulb moment 5 hours after getting home despite parking 6.30am today 5pm. Assistance I received from the NCP representative was a great help and allowed me to pay my parking. Ive never forgot to pay since I've been parking there. Parking is really good value for money per day (I work appox a 9 hiur day) and LCC parking is the same price for 4 hours only.
Great location Very good service and the slight problem i had when exiting the site ( due to my fault) Was quickly resolved. I have used this site several time and will be using it again in July& August .
I have been in touch with the NCP Customer Service via email, and was replied by Realonda, Customer Response Advisor. The contact was with regards to a payment via the NCP app when I had parked at the NCP Manchester Spinningfileds. Realonda resolved the query promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The NCP Customer Service was extremeley helpful on this occasion, and also on a pervious occasion when I had contacted them via email.

Avoid NCP Royal Angus if you value fairness and common sense. I received a parking charge after having to park slightly outside the lines due to another driver parking inconsiderately. This was at 10PM in a completely empty car park. Despite explaining everything and providing evidence, my appeal was rejected with zero justification. No proper explanation, no acknowledgment of context—just a flat dismissal. If you’re hoping for fairness or flexibility, I strongly suggest reconsidering where you park.
Good response from agent when I had to ask for a receipt but receipts should be available at the machines when you pay. This pushes costs and hassle to the cuustomer and is lazy.The QR code lasts a few seconds then disappears and a receipt on my phone is of no use. I want hard copy receipts when I pay - simple

I spoke to Jay in the call centre who was just amazing. He understood my issue and resolved it. He even stayed in the line with me and took me through the whole online process. Fantastic customer service.
Manchester Salford Street NCP did not provide a receipt. It gave all of us some QR codes which are not working. I contacted NCP for the receipt, it said the receipt will be sent in 24-48hrs. It's now 5th day, no receipts at all. Contacted again, now it says wait 5working days to get a reply. Terrible customer service!
