Very Dissatisfied
Sadly, I haven't received the same great service as that of reviewer Jonathan (May 14th) who had made the same error. I recently parked in the Stanley St, Manchester carpark and absent mindedly entered the registration of our other vehicle. I sent in an appeal along with evidence to show that despite my error, I still had payed for the full duration of the stay. Although NCP are satisfied that it was a genuine mistake, my fine has not been cleared but now reduced to £20 for administration charges as a gesture of goodwill! I do have the option to take my appeal to POPLA but then the reduced rate is no longer applicable. NCP shouldn't need to be cashing in on such situations when the parking was already paid for. I see absolutely no goodwill at all here. **Update to my review** Following this, had contact with Customer Relations Manager, their position remains the same so unfortunately so does my review.
