The NCP App is very easy to use, and what impressed me the most was the webchat customer service. It’s so much more convenient than calling—responses come within seconds, and you get to chat with a real human! I also saved £5 on a 5-hour parking session just by paying through the app. Highly recommended!

Excellent service I missed getting a receipt at the car park yesterday (too slow to use the QR code) and was worried I wouldn't be able to get one to claim business expenses. Rolly responded quickly and helpfully this morning - emailing me a copy. Thanks again
Inadvertently put the wrong location when purchasing parking. Totally my fault. NCP accepted my request for a refund and it was all sorted out very easily and with no fuss. Thank you.

Overpaid as no option on app for evening rate. Qr code failed at barrier and assistant struggled to understand issue ..we couldn't exit ! Same thing happened to car in next lane, not great when busy as theatre just emptied. Not a great experience 😕
NCP were terrible by not notifying me of my automatic payment card expiry and sent me penalty notices. They are an impenetrable and inpersonal organisation. Larry from NCP was very helpful in resolving the payments. Thank you Larry

flight delay charged at £5 an hour overnight. Car was held to ransom at the barrier, customer services were clueless. Couldn't get the correct charge on site, or receipt, several attempts once home still only provided an incorrect invoice. incompetent but happy to take my money.
