We got locked out of the car park having paid for 24hrs - and were not notified with any extra caution that the car park would close at 7pm. Customer service was HORRENDOUS, unprofessional, didnt even try to help us and placed blame on us despite her telling us that this happens to a lot of people everyday. They were also incredibly rude and patronising despite us being left stranded in the middle of the night without any help. We've now been forced to spend money on a hotel for the night without any of our belongings.

I dealt with Mabel and she was very helpful, clear and precise. I had a an issue with a late payment which was resolved swiftly and smoothly. A gesture of good will was also taken into consideration given my circumstances and that type of customer service goes along way. Felt leaving very satisfied and very grateful for people like Mabel to be dealing with us. Thanks Again.
