Not a great welcome back from Harbour…

Not a great welcome back from Harbour Hotel Brighton. It is a big let down from the Harbour hotel to send a discount code to welcome back a customer who has stayed at the hotel previously and cannot use the code to book a night at the hotel with the discount code. Not only that there is no option when booking to apply a discount code. I will look for somewhere else to stay and i was booking direct with the hotel and booked direct last time. Lost a customer as a result.

Received an NCP parking notice for drop…

Received an NCP parking notice for drop off at Gatwick airport when I had paid the drop off fee online of £7 on the morning off drop off. Appalled and caused stress with receiving the fine 1 month later. Not easy to resolve either NCP advisor said it depends when my bank processed the payment how am I to know when my bank processed the payment I am not employed by the bank I am only a bank account holder of a bank account of the bank. The advisor said I should know the time and date the bank processed the payment I explained that's irrelevant and I would not know that and said I have an email confirmation of the payment I made. I was told that's not enough evidence and to take a screen shot of the payment in my banking app I explained that my banking app does not allow screen shots. I am appalled and will write to my local MP. Its not my fault if the NCP automated parking system has an error or is flawed not fit for purpose and the system does not work to retain a record of my payment duly paid accordingly to the T&Cs of the airport. Why should I have to spend my time appealing I have done nothing wrong and paid to be dropped of appropriately. Friday 13th unlucky for some!
