Prompt, efficien and courteous service
I paid for my parking in Cardiff and submitted an appeal. I received no response at all, just a final reminder. I followed up asking for a POPLA code - also ignored. Unprofessional, slow and completely unhelpful.
I got a NCP fine. I wrote a letter to appeal this with as much evidence possible and they responded and cancelled it as a good will gesture after reading my request and taking on board the issues I had on the day.
Paid immediate attention to the issue. Didn't waste time with unnecessary things.

I entered an incorrect car number plate and payed for the parking. I then entered the correct number and paid again. I contacted NCP and got a next day response. Repayment scheduled for the next 2-3days.
Had issues entering the car park, however Maricar resolved it, so thank you.
NCP carpark at Lyme Regis. They charge approx £3 more for people who can’t use the app. Discrimination dressed up as marketing. Very unfair. Won’t be using their facility again.

I find the app confusing, but customer service were quick and helpful crediting the overcharge, and also cancelling a session that carried on after i had left. I have been using the app for about 6 months now. It is not clear from the app whether you can pay for a parking session when you return to your car, or is it only for pre-payment? The app reads as if it is only for pre-payment, yet i have used it once for after-payment. After-payment is much more sensible nowadays, as often you have no idea how long you will be.
The chap on the phone was fantastic. Resolved the issue swiftly.
Enter carpark by a mistake
Made hard to pay so you get a fine plain and simple do not trust!
After attempting to pay at the payment machines which were both not working, payment was taken by card and refunded several times, I then attempted to download the app which failed as I was unable to upload a payment card. Then rang the number on the machine and kept getting cut off!! The time spent attempting to pay then made me late for my GP appointment. After my appointment I attempted again to pay with no success and left the carpark. Some time later I received a fine, appealed it but was not successful, unbelievable!! Given the issues I've had I would never use an NCP car park again!!
