Dog doesn't like the food.

ON Time, well packaged, and a happy dog with new treats

My first box from Ollie was partially thawed after sitting on a UPS truck in the Florida heat all day. One of the dry ice bags had burst rendering it useless. I sent customer service an email. I got an immediate response from Brittany and we talked about the challenge of shipping frozen food during a Florida summer. I awaited the second shipment and it was perfect. Balloon type air bags were included to keep the dry ice in place and protected. In short, I spoke and they listened!

On time delivery. I don't have to make sure I'm giving Buddy what he needs. Pouches can be heated in microwave. Easy to open. It's real food for dogs. Buddy comes to get me when it's time to eat. BUDDY eats it ALL. More affordable than Farmer's Dog. Very happy so far. If it changes, I'll let you know.

Their food is NOTHING like the pictures!!! It's blended into tiny, unrecognizable pieces. You DON'T see veg, fruit, rice OR M€AT!!! my dogs like it well enough, but my 1st box is my LAST...

Ollie has great customer service. I had a bag of dog food open and spill in the shipping box and the customer service rep I emailed with, Ashley, was super understanding, extremely apologetic, and sent us a replacement bag right away. I can tell this company values its customers, its products, and most importantly my pets.

Sign-up was choppy and ended up not getting the discount that was promised. Not sure what the issue was but it took much longer than it needed to be. After repeated attempts, I gave up. I sent an email to correct the issue but received no response. So much for that. I had to call (another waste of my time) . Rep was nice and made all the right noises but I chose to cancel the membership.. I don't like unnecessary hassles, especially from the hop. (insert generic apology reply below)

Replacement product arrive at 6:30 pm and was in great shape, plenty of dry ice. Temps out side was in the 90’s. Thank you,

The app was a little tricky with multiple pets. Im not very tech savvy and she walked me through it. Ollie has an exceptional customer service department that is knowledgeable in all aspects of the food and any questions I had.

I've tried 3 different types of human food. My Teenie loves Ollie the most. As long as she's happy, I'll keep buying it for her.

My Yorkie can be pretty stubborn about what he eats. He seems to like his Ollie's food. Being able to make choices and changes is easy, too.
