Customer service is always top-notch! Bo loves his Ollie!

Pup food is a bit pricey. But my pup loves Ollie. He loves the chicken, turkey and Lamb. He looks forward to his meals.

Abby provided excellent customer service. I had two accounts active at the same time and she was able to identify the issue right away. Fix it and give me a refund.

I received my first box today. I was very impressed with the packaging. Double wall cardboard box and dry ice. I am very appreciative of the dry ice considering our days are hitting 110 +-. Thank you for taking such care in the packaging. Update--- Blue loves this food. After 2 feedings, Blue has cleaned his bowl in minutes. No washing needed, lol.

I recently switched my dog to Ollie after making his food for about a year, supplementing the homemade with a cup of his high quality kibble as well as daily vitamins to make sure he was getting anything that I missed. Well... a few months ago he stopped eating it and he clearly had begun having some stomach issues so I knew I needed to make a change. I did the math of what my food costs were at that point and decided that it wouldn't cost a lot more to take the leap so I did. After doing research on top fresh brands I decided to give Ollie a try. Soooo glad that I did! My pup LOVES Ollie and immediately all his tummy/bowels issues disappeared. He now eats his food as soon as it is put down and I am happy to report that he now has non-smelly, nicely formed poopers. :) Also, I love the ease of the food coming every two weeks, (in fully recyclable packing materials) with the appropriate portions neatly packed in the four yummy meal choices that he gets. Switching to Ollie has relieved so much mommy stress for me no longer making his food and knowing that my boy is eating healthy food that he loves.

Love Ollie's whole process! My dogs love the food first of all and they are picky eaters. The container is adorable that comes with it to boot. It's five stars all around.

I love the fact that you are putting our 4 legged friends first! BUT my dogs Elvis and Babygirl don’t seem to like it!! I’ve tried different ways of feeding them but they don’t like it!!! WHAT DO I DO??? Can I get a refund??

Our Girl enjoyed the Lamb the best. She can be very picky.

We are in the desert and the delivery was frozen as it should be but ice was almost completely gone. We have struggled with this problem but it appears to be resolved for today. The girls on customer service have worked tirelessly to try to help resolve the travel time, packaging desert heat. Customer service is exceptional.
