Cocoon Estate Agents Reviews

I rate Cocoon very highly. They provide a great service, with plenty of options to tailor to your needs. I was impressed with the conscientiousness of my job’s representative. I will be using the again in the future.

Edward and his team have been excellent in selling our property. Communication was spot on and we were updated throughout. They listed the property in October 2020 and it sold in February 2021. The fees are also incredibly reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cocoon to friends and family.

Amira is an excellent professional, very quick to resolve any issue and always provide perfect communication. Thank you!

Cocoon is a great agency that we have been dealing with for about 7 years now. We have always found them very professional. Amira always deals with our queries in a reliable and timely manner. Shane

Amira has been our Property Manager for almost a year now and it has always been a pleasure to deal with her. She is very efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She is also a good communicator. In all, her service has been excellent.

I have been calling up trying to speak to someone about a letting property to get a few details and arrange a viewing for 2 weeks now. I have rang about 6 times and each time i am told i will recieve a call back the next day to discuss the property but this never happens. It still has not happened.

Good service with a flexible package.

Always a positive service from Amira our property manager. Thank you.

A very efficient, easy and cost effective service. Very good.

Cocoon was recommended by a friend as the affordable, alternate estate agents to use. Cortni has been very quick and efficient with the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Like many people who decide to sell their property we went to several of the large a Estate Agents. Some of their commission rates were incredibly high. We were therefore so lucky to be recommended. Very professional and friendly and very competitive with their commission rates. In the days of Rightmove the buyer is not walking the high street looking in estate agents windows. We had our house sold within 10 days at the asking price. After 27 years selling a home can be quite daunting but Cocoon helped guide us through the process and were very active in progressing the sale through to completion. Cortni McFadyen was our main contact and she was excellent. I would certainly recommend Cocoon.

Cocoon are great little independent estate agent, they are helpful and won't over charge you. As a landlord I dealt with Amira in property management a lot. She has always been helpful and responded to my queries in timely manner. She helped me resolve few issues, no problem. I would recommend Cocoon and Amira.

Very efficient service, great customer support and excellent communication. Edward was amazing rapidly finding me a suitable tenant, identifying potential problems and getting them resolved. I would highly recommend Cocoon Estate Agents, especially taking into consideration there competitive pricing. Elaine

I had previously been renting my house with a large well known high street brand but I wanted to change to a smaller independent team of dedicated professionals, and I was recommended to Cocoon by an old friend. I have found the team to be excellent and I know they are experts and I appreciate their approach and their advice and patience. Recently, and during one of the most turbulent times in History for many industries, Cortni helped me to find really nice tenants very quickly and it was a pleasure to work with her. I now want Cortni to work with all our rental properties and I would be happy to recommend Cocoon to friends and family.

Working with Amira is always a pleasure. She’s always happy to help either on the phone or via email which is a massive help in this line of work.

Cocoon (Kingston) has been helpful and extremely accommodating so far. I moved right before the start of the lockdown, and they helped me make my move as smooth as possible. Special thanks to Amira for efficiently handling my queries and concerns after my move.
