Like many people who decide to sell their property we went to several of the large a Estate Agents. Some of their commission rates were incredibly high. We were therefore so lucky to be recommended. Very professional and friendly and very competitive with their commission rates. In the days of Rightmove the buyer is not walking the high street looking in estate agents windows. We had our house sold within 10 days at the asking price. After 27 years selling a home can be quite daunting but Cocoon helped guide us through the process and were very active in progressing the sale through to completion.
