Unhappy and broke
I have been using these products for over 2 years with no results. What you could do is honor your money back guarantee and refund me the hundreds of dollars that I have wasted.una
Musely has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Holy moly. Ordered 2 creams 23 FEB. One of them was compounded, shipped, and delivered by 26 FEB. Too early to tell how good the product is. Fingers crossed. However, my second order…the compounding pharmacy supposedly got it ready by 28 FEB, and ever since then my cream is being “prepared” for shipment. The label was created, but the package was not picked up or dropped off at usps at all. Delivery date was promised by 7 MAR. I quickly learned this company has zero customer support other than lame AI powered useless chat. My emails go unanswered and there is no phone number to call. I just opened a dispute through my bank. It’s like dealing with a bunch of 3rd world scammers. Not cool at all. Musely, you better hire more people to provide customer support and handle increased order volumes or else it’ll cost you business.
Damn. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered the spot cream for my hyperpigmentation. Saw it on an influencer that I met in person and her skin was like glass. She did the cream and the pill though. I couldn’t tolerate the cream. It started off great thought and I was up to every third night and then suddenly out of nowhere the peeling started. My face looks like I was molting. It took weeks to calm down and stop peeling but I also started breaking out (?!). I think because you’re supposed to also titration off. Tried to cancel and they were all sorry we already shipped your next one. That shit didn’t come for over a week. Shipped my ass. I would say this may work for some but it definitely didn’t for me. Even without the peeling it didn’t change the hyperpigmentation so I don’t think I would have continued. Prob worth a shot but make sure you cancel if you don’t like
I’m giving it 3 stars only because the product I ordered worked. I was using The Spot Cream. The shipping and receiving took about 4 days. Everything was good until I reordered my next prescription. My order was processed and shipped on the 02/24. I checked my tracking today(03/08) and it’s still in transit. Once the order has shipped, you can’t cancel it. I’ve never had to wait more than 4 days to receive my prescription. So this is kind of weird.
Ordered a product and it says on their page that it’s a 2 month supply, but all I received is one bottle. I’m expecting a two bottle hence they charge me with $69 ($35/bottle which is indicated on their page). And there’s no one to contact to! Ripping us big amount and they can’t even give us good customer service.
The product page says 3 month supply for the hair solution. The instructions on the prescription say to use 1 ml/day but you only receive 60 ml per bottle. Several support requests to Musely and no response until I reached out via the doctor. The response came back that I was to use .5-.75 ml/day (per dropper full). The doctor says to use 1-2 dropper fulls. So, ignoring the instructions on the prescription, to use .75ml/day would mean I only use 1 dropper full/day, not two and even if that were the case, a 60 ml bottle would leave you short 10 days. So, not a 90 day supply, but an 80 day supply. Your prescriptions can print whatever you want but you’ve created this false expectation when you don’t want a person to use 1 ml/day nor do you want a person to use 2 dropper fulls/day because 60 ml would never cover 90 days unless you used significantly less than what was “prescribed.” Pretty disappointed in a company that rips you off. If you’re only getting a 60 day supply, then advertise it as such or change your instructions and labels.
I've been seeing tons of ads and was curious about this product line, but I'm glad I checked reviews first! Turns out, the service is horrible, they delete bad reviews, and canceling is a nightmare. So sorry to everyone who's gone through this! Thanks for sharing your experiences. 🙏 I will not be purchasing from them.
The estriol cream made my breasts tender and did nothing for my skin. On top of that there is no way there is two months worth of product in that bottle. And for the price?!?! I contacted the company to complain and ask for a return/refund but got no help and just got a notice for my refill which reminded me to follow up and now I can't even connect with a human. So scammy and terrible customer service. I will be reporting to BBB. They say they have a 60 day return policy but no once responds or cares.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Musely, and I’d like to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions. First and foremost, I was disheartened to learn that Musely does not have any Black or African-American providers in New York City—or even in the entire state of New York. In 2025, this lack of representation feels like an intentional choice rather than an oversight. As an African-American man, I was seeking a provider who could understand the specific nuances of my skin concerns, but this option simply does not exist within their network. Beyond this, my experience with their consultation process was underwhelming and dismissive. I inquired about a prescription for a hyperpigmentation treatment that is widely advertised at Musely right now. I had already done extensive research on the medication, including its potential side effects, which I deemed nominal and manageable. However, when the doctor decided not to prescribe it (which fully is their right), I was left upset by their lack of engagement. Instead of providing a meaningful explanation of their medical rationale, the doctor simply said, “It comes with side effects,” and showed no interest in discussing my concerns further. This is a common experience with black patients in medical environments, regrettably. This dismissive interaction prompted me to ask if Musely had any African-American providers who might better understand my specific dermatological needs or simply interested and willing to educate me on their medical rationale. To my surprise, I was informed that they have none in my state. This lack of diversity, especially in a place as diverse as New York City, highlights deeper issues within their service model. On top of everything, I’ve found it nearly impossible to delete or cancel my account. The instructions provided in the app and online are incorrect, which feels like a deliberate attempt to make cancellation difficult. This is unacceptable and adds to my frustration with the service. Overall, my experience with Musely has been deeply disappointing. The lack of inclusivity, the dismissive consultations, and the poor customer support are not what I expected from a company in 2025. But not all is lost! Luckily, I was able to find a dermatologist outside of Musely who was very enthusiastic and interested in consulting with me properly. They provided a thorough explanation of their medical rationale and took my specific skin concerns seriously. This experience was a reminder of what good dermatological care should feel like. Hope this helps.
Disappointed with this company. I ordered the kit (Spot Cream, Face Wash and The Rosacea Cream) which the Rosacea cream broke my face out really bad. I noticed a refill had posted to my debit card. I immediately looked into my account to see that I was only able to cancel 1/3 items on my refill order. I’m being told that they will issued the amount of $78 in rewards and they will not refund me. I agreed to ship the item back upon arrival. This is a scam. Don’t forget to turn off auto re-fill or you’ll be charged and they won’t issue you a refund. I should definitely qualify for a money back guarantee refund since this completely broke me out. I will be contacting the BBB.
Placed a hair pill refill (and paid) on 2/10 and only last night (3/1 and 19 days later) via automated email received a tracking number which is well beyond the promised range and if it arrives by the Post Office estimate of 3/05 will put me over 2.5 weeks off the pill which is not good considering my initial dosing for pills forced me into hair shedding as part of the process so I needed to stay on the pill. Absolutely no updates from Musely proactively to apologize or even provide updates to the delays. Per the forums there are tons of complaints about shipping and lack of communication for various products. As of this review posting, I’ve not received a response to outreach for status sent prior to finally receiving a tracking number. Customers pay a lot for a unique service but customer service is non-existent here and no matter what is causing shipping delays remember the customers have already paid and are not hearing from you. It’s your responsibility to voluntarily reach out and you should be offering to fix the relationship as some customers on the forum have already moved on.
