Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Had I come here before purchasing from Myself I would have saved myself a headache. This company is an absolute joke. They intentionally don't let you get in contact with someone to squeeze as much money as possible from you. They ticket system will give you a response from someone within several DAYS. Avoid this company at all costs. They take for ever to ship out your order by the time the are going to ship they will charge you for the next batch once again.
I have been trying to get help from Musely customer service for days!!! Customer service is nonexistent! My order was supposed to be here by the latest February 21, 2025 and it is now February 28. They charged my card for $91 on February 10. Now I am out of product and looking at losing my results that I have made so far. There is a phone number, but nobody answers it and I got one response to my multiple emails just saying that they would get back to me when they had information. I have never experienced this before in my life. I cannot get over how horrible their customer service is and if I wasn’t actually seeing results, I would have canceled already and gone after them for the money but honestly, I just want my product!!! This has been absolutely so frustrating!!!!!!! What could possibly be the issue?? Just says it’s in the pharmacy being compounded for days on end. I will be absolutely heartbroken if I lose the progress I have made.
I’m a physician. Do NOT trust this company. Their entire platform is built on lies and false medical claims. For example, they have a marketing campaign stating “exosomes are 100x more effective than retinol for anti-aging.” This is an outright lie. There is no evidence or data to support this claim. I attempted to contact them several times on social media asking for clinical data or proof of their claims, and my comments were deleted multiple times and I was eventually blocked for asking a simple question. Until they have a published study with verifiable and reproducible data, they are being dishonest with their advertising. I will be reporting them to the FDA, BBB, and FTC for deceptive marketing and advertising with unverified health claims.
I used the dark spot cream and now my brown spots are bright red. They’re actually worse. Follow up. A “Dr” from Musely called me and told me that they can get worse before better. She advised I only use it once every ten days and flood on mineral sunscreen No changes to brown spots yet I have been using this product 3 1/2 months
The customer service was terrible—practically nonexistent. They charged me for three refills of their dark spot cream, even after I explicitly told them after the second one that I no longer wanted it. The product completely ruined my skin, yet they still sent me a third bottle. This was the worst money I’ve ever spent on cosmetics, and now I’m left dealing with the damage. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone—not even my worst enemy.
They don't honor their advertised pricing!!! They advertise The Spot Cream at $35/month if you sign up for two months.... this is NOT what they will charge you. I signed up for recurring refills and the first charge was $70.25 which included a one-time $20 doctor fee (something they don't tell you of course until you'reat the end of the pruchase process, because of course), but there was zero sales tax and zero shipping cost AND included a promo code that saved me $16.75. Ok so that amounts to about two month's supply even though I supposed to be getting a discount with the promo code. The second month's refill rolls around and I assumed I prepaid. Right? Because I already paid $70 at this point that included the discount. But then I get charged $65.98. The math isn't mathing. I canceled my order so I'm out $70 on a single month's supply on a product that didn't even work.
I placed an order on 2/11 and today it is 2/20 and it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service and no one has responded to my email. I even left a comment on instagram and it was deleted. Where is the customer service????? You can’t speak to a person as there is no phone number listed. How does this company work? How difficult is it to respond?
Don’t do it. Product is always less than what they claim (we bought beakers and began measuring the amount), and the 3 bottle of hair serum had a loose lid and the product leaked out soaking the packaging and Rx label. What’s worse is that the remaining label CLEARLY SHOWS ITS A DIFFERENT PRODUCT than I received the first 2 times. Not to mention it smells and looks different. I corresponded with them about this and after acknowledging my message, they asked for pictures - which I sent promptly. I want to know what medicine I was applying for those days and / or get a refund or replacement product. They have since stopped responding. So the transaction will be disputed, and I can already tell you this is the kind of operation that will make it impossible to cancel and best case they’ll suck another couple hundred bucks out of you before they’ll let you leave .. It’s a horrible business. And it’s scary.. what medicine have I been using because either this most recent one is the wrong product - or the 2 before were!! They won’t respond despite having acknowledged my message.
I actually liked the spot cream I used but they put you on automatic refills and hope you forget about it. I did in fact forget and got charged and sent product so I made sure to cancel my prescription. Well, they still ended up sending to me again and charging me again and they refuse to give me a refund.
