worth the money
Ive been using The Spot Cream for 4.5 months and FINALLY starting to see results! I wish it was easier to figure out how to talk to my doctor or nurse, since I at first I was peeling real bad and had to stop using the product every time I started getting red which im sure delayed things. When I finally talked to the doctor and did the check-ins thats when things got better. I would say just stick with it and its worth the money.

My melasma is GONE! Good customer service
I ordered The Spot Cream for my melasma after trying so many other treatments (including lasers and prescriptions). I finally saw results after two months of consistent use every night. It has been life changing for me. I now feel more confident to be in pictures without makeup! I had some questions and their support team got back to me quickly. I'm going to try their rosacea cream next!

the spot cream is very effective. it's very strong and you need to use spf religiously. i've been on it for 10 months and it's made a big change in my skin. it took longer than 2 months to get rid of all the melasma but it's worked better than anything else before. it's a little expensive for me but so worth it.

Musely products ACTUALLY WORK!!! I probably spent thousands on other treatments for my dark spots and nothing worked or they would only work for a while and then the spots would come back. I've been using Musely for over a year now and my spots have completely faded and have stayed that way!!! I love love love not having to wear makeup everyday and feeling pretty in my natural skin again ❤️

They take your money, but do not shop the product. Then they tell you that your product is not ready, but they create a shipping label and say it’s shipped. Looking for another company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Worst Pratices. They text you several times to make sure you set up payment and get products, then once you cancel a produce or relay that you are unhappy, THEY KEEP SENDING and sent you an email ONLY hours before they charge you. THEN WON'T REFUND. It is what SO MANY have given account of. IT takes hours and days to get even NOT GOOD SERVICE or Patrons. The Gig Will be up on Musely's no integrity customer poor service. Why not just do better and at least correct even exchange??? They may want to HONESTLY get it together because it does not take long for people to know that eventually, they will do wrong by the patron that chose to trust them. JUST A NO on Customer Service where the SELLER is ALWAYS RIGHT in THEIR own mind.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible treatmen process, horrible shipping practices The y created a shipping label several days ago and have neglected to drop my package. You have to wait days for a response. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank Stick with Apostrophe, this company is trash

Untrustworthy telederm company - do not choose Musely
Don't get sucked into their social media ad blitzes. Musely is just another health tech start-up that is untrustworthy and only cares about sales. I've used other telederm companies whose doctors were responsive and well-respected, but I was attracted to Musely's formulations and dramatic before and afters. Big mistake. The intake process is a joke, and they just prescribe a standard treatment plan without reading your specific concerns and needs. I was prescribed a product that contained an ingredient that I should not be using at the moment, and when I pointed it out, the doctor I was assigned took no accountability for not reading my history and told me to request a prescription update that I would need to pay for. Musely's formulas aren't customized for each patient either. What you see on the website is what you get. There is no customization, and the doctor won't bother suggesting a better treatment plan for your concerns and goals. You'll have to eat the $20 consultation fee and then pay another $10 to get them to update the prescription that they screwed up in the first place because the doctor didn't bother to read your medical treatment history. Customer service is also pretty delayed for a telehealth company.

I bought this product in 2021 w/ hope…
I bought this product in 2021 w/ hope that it would help my Melasma. I was told to expect that my dark spots would get darker vs lighter. I did everything to stay out the sun , SPFs everything and to this day the spots are darker, my melasma spread in areas that I spot treated. You can't find a bad review because they suppress them. Just know that if I had a chance to do this again be happy with the few spots I originally had. Buyer beware.
