I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening

I recieved the wrong order and no response …

I recieved the wrong order for someone else with the same last name. The only response I've gotten from the website customer service and phone support was one scripted automated message telling me my irder was delivered and contact them with further needs. No response since. I want a refund. For the trouble they go to to convince you these are medical grade products the lack of support and reaponse and accuracy is shameful. Update: They did respond after quite a while and did meet my needs eventually. I wish they had responded sooner.

PHOTO REVIEWS ARE FAKE?

The website's photo reviews are RECYCLED every few days so it looks like it's recent. It's the SAME women. UPDATE: despite their response, I have screenshots of the same women (even if they are real), with different dates “12 hours ago” then will pop again a few days later. Trust me, they are recycled. The Spot Cream did absolutely nothing for a few spots that I had. I started on Christmas 2024. I'm not positive about the Eye Serum. My skin did feel a little smoother but I'm honestly not sure I can attribute it to the serum since I put Aquaphor over it after each use. I'm tired of being scammed online. It doesn't work *that* brillantly.

Placed an order

Placed an order. 30 seconds later I tried to cancel. 30 seconds after that they showed the order as shipped. What a scam. Impossible to cancel. Update : They did not give me a full refund. Only a partial one and only after I placed bad reviews online. Ironically they blocked me from putting a negative review on their site -so much for transparency.

I love Musely products.

I love Musely products. I use anti-aging cream, spot cream, and aging repair cream. I am 67 years old. I no longer have age spots and my lines and wrinkles have softened. It is important to download their app. In the app you can get answers to your questions and well as cancel a prescription. It is important when using their products after 10 to 20 minutes to put a heavy cream like CeraVe. I highly recommend. Judy Rhein

Customer service is horrific

The products are decent, but honestly they're no different than you can get from any other prescriber. Their customer service is horrific. They came out with a new product. I ordered it in January, they've been holding my money ever since and it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. I cannot get anybody to respond and I now have to dispute everything through PayPal. I've canceled all future deliveries. Their medical support amounts to a doctor giving you a two-word reply in an email that you will pay $10 for each time.

Horrible customer service

Update: 3-14-25 They did finally get back to me through email and issued a refund. I still would not recommend this company. They need a phone you can call for customer service. The number they have said no one was available and I had a hard time finding a number. Communication is poor. Horrible customer service cannot get a hold of anybody or get a response. My doctor was very communicative and told me to stop treatment because of rashes, swelling and horrible reactions. Customer service wise you have no one to talk to you and can’t get a hold of anybody and they don’t respond to emails. I expect a refund and if not, I will be disputing as fraud with my credit card. So disappointing to see this experience and can’t imagine continuing on with a company that treats people like this.
