Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Musely ships prescription medications in packaging that does not keep them cool. They have been left in my black mailbox in direct sunlight for hours so they're hot when received. Some products like "The Lash Serum" and "The Cell Repair Serum" are labeled "Keep Refrigerated" so it is unacceptable, and could even be dangerous, for them to be shipped without proper packaging. Adding to this review to address the misleading claims in Musely's reply to my review: When I received the compromised products, I immediately reached out using the recommended link for "support." I filled out the form explaining the problem and requesting either a refund or replacement products shipped in protective packing to remain cool. The response from Musely's "customer support" advised that I should use the compromised prescriptions. They did not offer a refund or replacement and there is no way to talk to a representative. Contrary to the Musely response below, they have made it abundantly clear that: they do NOT take the safety and integrity of their prescription medications seriously; my safety and satisfaction are NOT their top priorities; and they do NOT appreciate or consider my feedback important. Musely has demonstrated that they have no intention of prioritizing support for me or for any of their patients. If / when Musely provides a refund or replacement for the compromised products, I will update this review.
super rip off you pay mega bucks, not 100% it works and container is 90% empty, medication is only 10% or like 2cc........ try opening up that container or dispenser and see for youself....super rip off....
this is such a scam of a company. I got 2 consecutive orders shipped to me and tried to stop one of them not being able to figure out how and of course couldn't reach a proper customer service. the creams are overpriced.
I am surprised to see such low ratings. I have been using their peel, tretinoin, and melasma fading products for over five years. And yes the consults and products are pricey but worth every penny. The doctors ask thoughtful questions. Their app is very easy to use and customer service and doctors are quick to respond. I was not planning to write this review, but when I saw their low ratings I would not have felt right if I did not write my review of them. Give credit where credit is due. Their products are excellent.
On April 29, 2025, I canceled my soon-to-expire prescription on Musely’s app, after receiving a reminder from them that it was set to expire at the end of May. It was a medication they had just fulfilled and shipped to me on April 27, 2035. I made sure to take screenshots of the in-app cancellation and the email confirmation they sent me. Well, today I just received notification that Musely charged me for, compounded AND shipped the same prescription that I just received LAST WEEK, even though they typically ship them a month or so apart. Now they’re shipping it and I can't cancel the order. I have screenshots of my order history showing Musely’s fulfillment of this same prescription last week, and the cancellation confirmation Musely sent me last week. I had no problems with Musely until I tried to cancel this prescription and I can’t reach a live person.
The return policy is awful, and the company is not upfront about it when one is placing the initial order. If the product does not work or causes issues, the two options are to simply stop it and lose the money spent on it or to keep putting it on your skin for 60 days to get a refund even if the product is clearly damaging your skin in some way. I regret doing business with them. I should have looked up their reviews.
Nothing but lies and propaganda. No results despite following directions to the letter. Trying to get my money back is a joke !! they keep directing you to the “support team “ which gives you NO WAY to actually get help!!! i am filing a complaint with BBB now
I went to Musely for a specific prescription I wanted to try and they make you pre-pay which I wouldn't mind but the Dr. changed the prescription and they still charged me full amount and then wouldn't refund the full amount. They kept a $20 "Doctor" fee. So I basically donated $20 and didn't get the product I wanted.
Loved the products but they never seem to fully absorb and leave a sticky residue on your skin. After dealing with my hair sticking to my face and neck I resorted to a constant ponytail before giving up and cancelling. Love the products, they worked well, but couldn't stand the sticky residue and required ponytail to deal with it.
Update 5/6/25 Per my review I have been contacted by a Musely support person and my situation was looked into and it was resolved and also a credit made to my account for the issues I had had. Additionally I was provided a phone number to call should I have any further issues. I want to love this company. At first things were great. Advice from the doctor was wonderful. Communication was wonderful from him. When I ran out of my Compounding cream sooner than my next order, I went ahead and purchased a refill and it seemed stuck in the Compounding stage forever. When I finally reached out to them to let them know, it's almost impossible to find a way to contact them. The only way I was able to contact was through email no phone numbers to talk to a live agent. The agent said they would look into what the problem was and get back with me as soon as they knew something. It took two days to even get that reply. Meanwhile, I've been without my spot cream for going on two weeks now it has supposedly gone to the Compounding stage and a shipping label has been created, but that is it. Support has not contacted me back to let me know of the progress like they promised. While I like the product, I don't know that I will continue because the customer service is terrible. Not being able to contact a live agent is not the kind of company I want to deal with.
