Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

I am in 4 treatment programs, Spot Cream, Neck Cream, Body Cream and Aging Repair Cream. I absolutely 100% highly recommend Musely. Although expensive, it is worth it. I had a dark spot (mustache) that is gone along with other dark spots on my face. Spot cream works. I love the Aging Repair cream and Neck cream because I see the difference in the texture of my skin. I just started body cream because I am a golfer, I am in the sun all the time and I am hoping to lessen the amount of wrinkles my skin will get if I protect it.
I’ve been using the anti-aging cream for a few months and definitely notice a positive result. When I first ordered it I only received the prescription with no lotion and wash. I did not realize that I was supposed to get a lotion and wash until I received my second order because my niece helped me set it up. When I contacted them via email and let them know they sent me the lotion and wash that I didn’t receive in my first order. I was able to pause my prescription when I took a small break with no problems. I ordered the neck cream and I think it was just too much while using the face cream so I cancelled that order without any issues. If you do take a break you need to let them know or they will send you the next refill. Overall I have had a good experience
Tried it for 6 months on the strongest formula they have available and NOTHING. No changes whatsoever. Disappointed.
Scam They don't uphold their 60-day guarantee. This was the 4th item I purchased from them. I used it 2-3 days and up the next day with irritation and red eye bags. I simply asked them for a refund since they have a 60-day money back guarantee but they are refusing to give one. Won't be buying from this shady business again.
Like many others, I did not get the results that I had hoped for from the treatments. I was completely reliable with my usage, and contacted the dermatologist when I was not getting good results. I was told to continue to use the item. What is confusing to me is if they are selling the same products as you would get at a dermatologist’s office, why don’t you get the same expected benefits? I am baffled.
I am on using 4 different products, not sure if all is working. The spot cream shows a little visual improvement. My reason for the 2 star is because my spot cream ran out before time, I was using every other day for the first week and I still had to purchase early. I used one pump each time. I tried to contact someone and that seems impossible. I'm owed about a months worth of this cream that I would like to have being that I paid for it. I sent a message to the doctor about how long should I leave on the spot cream and he sent a message back saying I don't need to wash if off... however he sent me a message when I 1st ordered stating it's the nighttime formula. Before he answered that question he should have reviewed my individual plan. That was in professional and maybe could've did a lot of damage to my face if I went all day work a nighttime formula. Update - 5/5/2025 Musley has reached out to me and offered me a percentage off of my next product order. I was satisfied with the resolution for the issue, because I don't plan to continue to use 1 of the products.
False advertising and deceptive business practices on price and months supply. I have emailed the countless times. My last email requested to have all future orders cancelled and for a refund and to schedule a return pick-up. The Manager Marge just keeps reiterating the same deceptive things and makes no acknowledgment of me asking for a cancellation of future orders, refund, and return. It says 90 day supply before buying but they give you a 30-60 day supply after purchase which is noted in the first doctors message as well as her email. Absolute nightmare and unlawful. There are reviews from over a year ago stating the same. I have documented all of this through videos and screenshots and attached them to the emails. Also I have tried to cancel my refills myself to no avail. The button to cancel doesn’t register on purpose which I have documented with a video as well. This is obviously intentional so they can say you didn’t cancel even though you cant. Company is a joke and you should never use there service. Theres a reason it has a 2.2 rating at the time of this review. I have submitted a dispute with amex as this is my only recourse since they refuse to acknowledge any request for a refund, return and false advertising.
Nobody will respond when you have an issue. You have to jump through 8 hoops to cancel, which I did because I’m not going to throw away any more money. My order wasn’t delivered and instead of ever getting a response from customer service they just kept spamming my email trying to upsell me on other products. I doubt I’ll get a refund for the immense amount of money I spent with them only to not receive my product or get a response when I reached out for assistance. They want your money and they don’t care about you. You’re not a person. You’re a customer. Beware.
