Unhappy and broke
I have been using these products for over 2 years with no results. What you could do is honor your money back guarantee and refund me the hundreds of dollars that I have wasted.una
Musely has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

Musely is the worst thing happened to me Awful customer service they don't return your calls, the product is not safe, overpriced definitely not effective it doesn't work. It's false advertisement. Don't buy the product because you can't return or/and have your money back. Shame on them.
I wrote an honest review of the Facial Hair Cream, sharing that after two months of consistent use, I hadn’t seen results yet—but I planned to continue using it for a few more months to see if anything changed. To my surprise, my review was deleted, and my prescription was marked inactive. This raises serious concerns about the credibility of the product and the integrity of the company. A trustworthy brand should welcome all feedback, positive or negative. Everyone responds to treatments differently, and just because it hasn’t worked for me doesn’t mean it won’t for others. However, censoring reviews and disabling prescriptions without explanation are major red flags. ——— Musely is lying again! I NEVER requested my treatment to be disabled. Further, Musely did reach out to me. After I got the email, I went straight to my account & noticed my treatment was disabled. I did opt to have credit applied to my account SHOULD I start to see any results. Musely did delete my review. This company is very dishonest & I would stay clear. I won’t be using my credit.
The product doesn't work. I cancelled my prescription which is an entire process in and of itself only to be charged again. They say it is a one year agreement which seems like a scam I don't remember signing up for. The customer service isn't helpful- be prepared to be locked in if you subscribe
UPDATED AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: Musely insists that their Minoxidil and Dutesteride can sustain over 77F shipping temperatures contrary to the actual drug manufacturer's advisory that temps over 77F may degrade active ingredients (Google it). I live in FL. It's very hot here, especially in un air conditioned vehicles and mailboxes that can reach up to 150F. When asked, Musely insists that THEIR version can withstand hot temperatures during shipping from Utah to Florida through USPS in a regular cardboard box. Why? There is proof, right? Third party or randomized end/user testing? Do they add an ingredient that makes it stable? How do we know the products are not cooked in the hot Florida sun? How can we be sure? Well, BECAUSE THEY SAID SO. That's why. Common sense and a thermometer are obviously missing here. Since the Musely response mentions FDA regulations, I will be looking those up...
This company is fraud and waste of money. I spent $100 and bought this spot cream, the cream came in a bottle that you could pump out.. they said I need to use the cream for atleast 30 days to see the difference.. on the 4th day I couldn’t get any cream out and it ran out.. i felt so dumb that I ordered and spent over $100 for this stupid little cream.. it was the worst experience and felt that this company is deceiving and wants to you to order more of the product.. I saw zero result and I was out the product.. Wish I had come here and seen the negative reviews before purchasing the product I’m going to file a complain with the AG’s office about this company as it’s misleading people and stealing our hard earned money..
I have been using a product for 9 months and I don't see any changes in my skin. So I tried to cancel prescription, but it is very difficult to do. It takes me to AI customer support and does not let me cancel. Also, when I was using the spot cream with hydroquinone, they kept sending it to me even though I have read hydroquinone use needs some time off after 1-2 months. I am not the expert and I was hoping they are the expert, but it did not appear that they keep track of my treatment, other than keeping the subscription.
I am disappointed in Musely customer service. There is no way to actually get help online...only prompts provided by them. I ordered the spot pill but was told by my PCP not to use it because of side effects, blood clots in particular. Their prompts tell me no refund or return. Also very expensive! So I am out of $106.00 for my initial order that I have not even opened.
I will admit, got caught up in the marketing promising amazing results. I followed instructions for the spot treatment and was excited when I to started seeing results with hyperpigmentation. I was not finished with my first order when another was sent. When I started using it, the product looked different from the first, very watery but I continued to use. The next shipment was brown (previous two were white). I continued to use as I was told it’s natural to see variations. The progress I experienced with the first product seemed to stall. As I continued to use the brown, after a few weeks, I started to see hyperpigmentation returning. I sent a video of the brown substance and noted hyperpigmentation was returning. The response was to keep using and product variation is normal. I find it hard to believe that there is no difference in effectiveness between the products given the obvious difference in look and feel. And that hyperpigmentation was returning. Customer Service was provided this info twice and twice I was advised to keep using the product until expiration date. I’m done!
This company is a complete scam. They ship using usps and orders are lost and then they don’t respond. Products are way too expensive to be shipped around for weeks. I’ve completely run of of product with no indication as to when my order is coming
