Staff are absolutely brilliant it’s the passengers and their bad manners and bad behaviours that brings the ship down ? If it’s because it’s more affordable to more people? And too many bosses walking about if they mucked in instead of pulling staff up that are totally overworked already it would ease the pressure on them 🤷‍♀️

A truly memorable experience, specialist restaurants were lovely, friendly staff and a jaw dropping ship. Thank you to the staff at the Gin Bar for the particularly amazing service too, Yeva, Novi, Guilherme and Dewa were so personable and friendly!

Unfortunately, as with most holidays, ignorant people spoil it. As for the ship, and many good members of staff, I have very few faults

Just been on the MSC virtuosa, and what an amazing time we had. Positives, Staff were incredible, polite friendly and worked very hard Quality and variety of food was amazing in all the main dining rooms and buffet, Speciality restaurants well worth the additional price. We attended Butchers cut and food and service amazing, we also went to the Tapenyaki restaurant service was good food was ok but I think that’s my personal taste preference as many guests rated it very high Ship is beautiful Cabin kept very clean with twice daily cleaning Quality of drinks were amazing, practically could get anything you wanted, fantastic range Negative And not really a negative!! We just found the theatre shows short and good but not amazing. Overall experience was fantastic, highly recommend and will definitely return

Lovely ship,staff fantastic.Food disappointing and often cold.When the ships full it’s just to busy.

I had an incredible holiday. Loved everything from the food annd accommodation to the pool area and entertainment.

We had an amazing time on this beautiful ship virtuosa we couldn’t fault anything at all the staff were 💯 brilliant the food was lovely the drinks were amazing we will definitely be back

The overall experience on board MSC Virtuosa was excellent both in term so food/beverage and how the staff at all locations within the Yatch Club was the best we have encountered to date.

The shows were great . The food not the usual standard. Not enough adult areas . Children should not be allowed in the gym . Staff were hardworking and friendly.

Awful embarkation - A 1 hour wait and rude, lazy staff. Ship - Poor layout, including the cabin and VERY smoky. Almost non existent entertainment for young teens on sea days. Food - not great

Good itinerary, good price, nice ship. Behaviour of some fellow passengers questionable.

Great crew, Fab entertainment, Good Itinerary. More seating in public areas would be welcome and affordable excursions/drinks would make for better economy.
