Had a fab experience on the Virtuosa made even more special by the crew. Would definitely book another cruise with MSC in the future.

Had an excellent cruise around Spain on the Virtuosa, staff and entertainment were excellent. I would certainly recommend this ship to anyone.

The ship is absolutely stunning, the entertainment is amazing with something for everyone in the family. You’re never stuck for something to do on the ship, 10/10 would recommend to any family. We were ranged in ages this time from 8-67 and everyone loved it from kids clubs to quizzes. Can’t wait to book my next on the MSC Virtuosa

Cabins really badly laid out. No where near enough storage. Room was big enough just badly planned out

Poor choice for vegetarians in main dining room

A lovely ship with excellent staff. Very good value for money. Food overall is good. Drinks very good, highly recommend purchasing a drinks package. Itinerary could be better, but found all ports to have something of interest if you are willing/able to wander and go off the beaten track. Do your research before you leave and plan. Theatre shows were good and enjoyable - but have seen better on other cruises. This is a big shop, so expect it to be busy on sea days, but sun loungers can be found with a bit of looking!! Overall, had a lovely holiday and would recommend this cruise for those with children.

Happy with the cabin and balcony. Really happy with the daily programme. Especially the stretching and aerobic classes.

Avery good itinerary but the ship was overcrowded and it was difficult to find seats in any of the bars and entertainment venues. We resorted to watching TV in our cabin as it was so difficult to find anywhere. to sit once the show was over. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the shows we did see were very good. Cabins are quite basic but overall it was probably reasonable value for money. However, I would rather pay more and have a better quality experience.

Slow service. Unclean rooms. Poor customer service
