Modern ship, amazing staff and great food and drink. Fantastic family holiday. 😀

Great food, great entertainment, a varied selection of ports….let itself down by not having sufficient filled soap dispensers on the ship…..
I had an amazing time on this cruise! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the ship was clean and well-maintained. The itinerary was well-planned, and every port we visited offered something unique. Highly recommend!
Great for families Very friendly staff Great theatre shows Excellent food Buffet was very busy and appeared crowded most of the time
does not cater much for English. lovely ship .
From beginning to the end we had an amazing time I couldn’t fault anything
We were extremely disappointed with the embarkation process in Athens due to misleading information provided by MSC. Prior to our arrival, we contacted MSC to confirm the latest time we could board and were clearly told that we had until 3:00 PM. Based on this, we arrived at the port around 2:40–2:45 PM, only to be informed that embarkation had actually closed at 1:30 PM and the ship would be departing at 4:00 PM—not 3:00 PM as previously advised. Earlier that day, we had even called MSC to let them know we were on our way and were once again reassured that boarding before 3:00 PM would be fine. Being denied boarding and told we had to make our way to the next port to join the ship the following day was frustrating and upsetting. We were left to arrange a four-hour taxi journey and find last-minute accommodation late in the evening, which was not how we expected to start our holiday. Shockingly, even the taxi firm mentioned that this type of situation happens frequently with MSC passengers. This experience was not only inconvenient but also deeply disappointing, and we hope MSC takes steps to improve communication and prevent this from happening to others. However, on a positive note the cruise itself was amazing and we are thankful that we were able to finish our holiday on a positive note.
Ship is fantastic great facilities, great staff only down side on our cruise was the fact that the ship was just too busy.
Excellent cruise, staff , food entertainment, cleanliness and ports of call brilliant.
From the minute we booked our cruise with MSC everything worked perfectly, from booking onboard packages to checking in. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, always happy to help and recommend options. We would definitely book another MSC cruise again.
The ship was very overcrowded, there wasn't enough seating, you couldn't get into half the bars, sunbeds and tables in.the smoking area were always reserved with towels or personal belongings and no action was ever taken to remove them even though it came up on the screen, in the buffet dining room tables weren't cleared frequently enough and when this was done food then went on the chairs, shuttle buses were a joke very expensive for families and this was never mentioned until you got your next day itinerary Never had branded spirits in the pool bar even though we had the drinks package and they were overpriced.
Great staff, great locations and not to large a ship, so there was a more family vibe
Passengers not keeping their kids under control letting them roam around the ship all hours of the day. Kids running around screaming in the middle of the night
Great ship ,
We had a great time on this ship. Heard loads of negative comments before we went, but there was something for everyone, including quiet spaces when it was busy. The ship is large enough to accommodate all the people on board, and the staff are amazing.
Food cold in buffet restaurant Waiting over hour for bowl of soup in mdr Some staff very rude Ships cleanliness not up to standard
It was a really enjoyable relaxing holiday plenty to do good entertainment nice ports of call and great value for money.
Great ship and itinerary. Excursions need careful planning to avoid disappointment.
Complete lack of organisation throughout the ship
Overall we all enjoyed our stay. The only downside was I had to shift my grandaughter to her parents room due to bed bugs on my body. She had to sleep on the settee for over a week.
