The ship was overcrowded and felt like a holiday camp rather than a relaxing cruise. Not sufficient facilities for the volume of passengers. Solo passengers even though they pay double are not looked after adequately. I feel this ship is more for families and teenagers. Not sufficient sunbeds and not sufficient seating in bars. too much technology for some passengers especially the older generation.

Lovely ship, plenty to do lovely restaurants and bars .food was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time on this beautiful cruise liner with the most fantastic crew members. What a joy and so much fun. Thank you.

Blackpool with a bit of Skegness. At see no where to sit at all. Solo traveler dont do it. they will put you into segregation in the restaurant's. When you complain they are gifted at offering something and then take it away. Just be aware. Oh and offer monetary goodwill gesture verbally then take it out of your card and advise that was verbal and so on. If you escalate this with customer service no names K. They will just say case closed, just dont care at all. I was on Celebrity Cruise in May it was amazing and i spent more on MSC Virtuosa. Food for thought. Food on Celebrity Cruise was out of this world, MSC MMmmmmm Mc Donalds. Also check towls mine had brown marks (human waste ) personally took to reception. Even they were discusted. And blood on clean bedding. I have photos and videos. Sent all to MSC customer service K.F. not interested at all. All food for thought.

Two weeks of being entertained, well fed and looked after by the amazing staff. By far, the best way to visit lots of places in a short period of time. No time to get bored! Embarking and disembarking was so quick and easy too. Would thoroughly recommend to families with younger and/or older children. Plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Staff , trips,ship layout, food.

The worst cruise I have ever been on and will never go with MSC again. Poor food that was often cold. Some staff were rude. The cleanliness of communal areas was not great. A glorified booze cruise

Not good value for money

We had a fantastic time on board the ship, but as I said the only thing that was wrong was the nosie coming from the buffet restaurant

Our initial experience embarking MSC Virtuosa was 10/10 but as the cruise progressed there were little areas where the attention to detail was lacking. We also gave 10/10 for the disembarking experience too. Food and drinks were good but they ran out of NZ Sauvignon Blanc by day 3 which was very disappointing so early on a 14 night cruise! Yacht Club was a great choice as in the main it was easy to get a sun bed on sea days. Any time dining was also good. Menu variety was good and there was also a healthy option on both the lunch and dinner menu. We did 3 specialty meals (at an extra cost) which were okay but wouldn’t bother with them again. The YC pool is great for adults but too small when there are young children aboard. Whilst this didn’t spoil our time there were other cruisers who found the noise and splashing around not too their liking. We did experience an incident in the YC Top Sail Lounge where a’10’ year old ran into the bar and collide with a butler who had a tray full of champagne which ended up on the floor with broken glass and champagne everywhere. No sign of his parents, we felt sorry for the staff as they had to clean up a lot of mess. The staff were excellent and provided us with an exceptional service. Always happy to serve and chat too. Entertainment in the YC Top Sail Lounge could have been more varied and upbeat. Our first time with MSC and in Yacht Club and certainly not our last.

Not quite the same experience as the other 2 cruises with MSC. Costs of shuttle buses and obvious reduction in staff in my opinion to make it more difficult to get drinks in the bar to keep their costs down.

Overall we enjoyed our 1st experience of a cruise but there were definitely some poor points. The cabin’s mini bar had empty items in it when we first boarded, on one occasion other items from the mini bar (which we weren’t using) disappeared so we had to report this to guest services so we weren’t charged. There was someone’s toe nail clipping that remained in our shower room for the entire cruise so the floor couldn’t have been cleaned once. The food in the Market place wasn’t great but there was a lot of choice even though it was mostly tepid food but the food in the main dining rooms was great and the waiters we had were superb. A notification to all guest not to hold sunbeds was ignored and the staff did nothing about it so there was a shortage of sunbeds unless people went ashore when docked. Another annoyance was that older children/teenagers were playing football and running around in the communal areas and corridors on our floor level 12. Lastly everything onboard is extremely expensive and not everything is free even though you have paid for all inclusive, adults could not even get an ice cream without pay silly prices for them so advertising is misleading. We still enjoyed the cruise overall just tried not to let annoyance spoil it.

apart from bar staff very good and pilot, food cold and always ran out bad attitude from higher staff members, would advise paying the extra on other cruise line
