Staff are absolutely brilliant it’s the passengers and their bad manners and bad behaviours that brings the ship down ? If it’s because it’s more affordable to more people? And too many bosses walking about if they mucked in instead of pulling staff up that are totally overworked already it would ease the pressure on them 🤷♀️
