Clean ship cabins too good cruise staff

Wonderful staff very attentive, very clean all over ship. Buffett food top quality and yummy. Ate in all speciality restaurants and was a 5 star experience food amazing and service. Staff all kind and helpful especially Karl in seaside lounge he was amazing. Large modern ship MSC seaview

As a first time cruiser I was somewhat sceptical and had no idea what to expect, now it’s safe to say cruising is the way forward! Everything was immaculate, the ship was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was lovely (in the restaurant, buffet and the specialty restaurants- we went to Hola Taco’s)! The entertainment was second to none and I genuinely felt as though I was at a broadway show each night! I travelled with my 10 year old daughter who loved the pools, entertainment and all the activities the ship had to offer! She also loved her free bracelet and collecting the charms (a lovely keepsake from her time on MSC Seaside) We can’t wait to cruise again and are already planning our next adventure

World Europa is currently the most amazing ship you will ever go on. Its huge. It is well designed as not sure where the 6500 other passengers are as you never had a problem getting a seat. Staff are amazing. Would highly recommend the Behind the scenes tour. Pizza is to die for . Anybody thinking about this ship - just boo it, you won’t be disappointed

Staff mainly friendly and helpful. Ship was clean and well maintained- we were on Seaview. Fantastic itinerary and only one sea day. Would sail with MSC again.

Good value for money though the customers service could be better and an increase in staff at bars and restaurants would help speed up the service on this large ship.

Complimentary Ferry from Pier 11 was a nice touch. Main Dining Room food great. Amazing service from Arnold and Donald. Nothing was too much for them. The bar staff at the horizon pool were also great. All shows we watched were entertaining and exciting, some really good performers.

Our first cruise with MSC was on Virtuosa in 2022, post covid. Our second cruise on Virtuosa in 2025, Yacht Club was recommended by our cruise consultant. We had such a fantastic time that we booked Yacht Club again on Seaview, 16th - 23rd July.

Poor ship, starting to look its age. Booked Premium cabin almost a year prior. was given one with lifeboats in front. complained but despite promise of answer it never came. Ship way too crowded. Ports miles from town. Never again.

85 year old accidentally books a cruise 1 August instead of 11 August, calls hours later, as soon as office opened (no international office can access uk bookings despite all attempts), to explain and ask to change within hours of booking, and happy to pay more. 4 people gloat stating terms and conditions (easy to say yes as there was availability), and refuse to accommodate 85 year old who is in Australia and unable to make it for the 1st August cruise with her Diamond member son. Last MSC cruise we took we left early in any case, and also had a cabin empty they refused to refund despite agreeing to do so, so goodbye MSC, great call to lose thousands of dollars a year APPALLING!

Our 2nd cruise with MSC and definitely not the last. Cleaniness of the ship, excellent facilities, friendly staff and delicious food made this an unforgettable experience.

This is honestly the worst cruise I’ve been on in 15 years of cruising! The staff were unfriendly and discourteous, the room service was diabolical the dining room rooms I can’t even comment on. No menus hitting this whether you’ve got food or not nowhere to sit in the buffet if you actually did find a seat the food was absolutely diabolical. Pasta slops that felt like they were simply heated up from the day before, no variation you couldn’t even put together a full English breakfast. We paid for a balcony room and got a lifeboat slapped right in the way of our vision. We couldn’t even see the water when sat on the balcony! On top of this they put it in an adjoining room with a door that had absolutely no soundproofing. As a 50 odd year old couple we were on holiday with a young family and a screaming child in the room next to us that actually felt like it was in our room with us. On complaining three times to reception, they did nothing but apparently tell the family in the next room to be quiet! There were literally no sunbeds to sit on people were having to lie on the floor on the towel because the daytime areas were not large enough for the amount of people on the ship. There was a large first class section overlooking the pool area with hardly anybody on it And all the other people were crammed into a very small space for the size of the ship a very poor layout. I cannot tell you how bad the service was in the dining room and the quality of the food is not on a par with what you would eat at home when you cook it yourself. The noise and chaos in the Buffy room with food all over the floor, adult shouting across tables, children screaming and running about. All the English couples that we had conversations with whilst they couldn’t even face going into that buffet it was traumatising. There was no any time option in the dining rooms so even though two of the destinations were afternoon arrivals and late night embarkation, if you missed your dining room slot it was just tough luck. You had to face the trauma of going to the buffet with literally nothing to choose from. I will never sail with MSC again! There is honestly nothing I can say that was positive about this cruise

The onboard ship experience was phenomenal. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Huge number of food and drink options. Entertainment was excellent and suited all ages. Cabins and public areas were maintained really well. We took the premium drinks package, which meant we could choose from a great range of drinks.
