A fun ship, excellent entertainment. Good food, friendly staff. Exceeded our expectations.
Fantastic ship. Lots to do. Great staff. Fantastic for adults and kids
The ship was clean and good excellent cabin was noise lack of dleep
Value for money but need improvement in certain aspects. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Not enough seats in bars or sun beds. You definitely get what you pay for.
A perfect holiday
MSC Virtuosa might just be the best piece of metal on sea ever
I really would recommend this ship for clean Beautiful Great entertainment Friendly staff
MSC Staff were great, food was in abundance and overall experience was amazing
The staff and all the facilities on board I have always enjoyed all my cruises that’s why I’ve booked another
Just returned from our second MSC cruise which exceeded our expectations. Even thought their is a large number of passengers onboard, MSC’s excelled in their organisation, especially during embarkation and disembarkation and port excursion days. We found the staff excellent in customer care, we were blown away with how hard each of them work. The cruise director Chris was also very informative. We enjoyed so much we have booked our third MSC trip for October!
The cleanliness of the ship, variety of food & times you can eat, cabin spotlessly clean every day lovely fresh towels when requested also towels for use for sunbathing was great, only disappointment was kids being restricted to 1 variety of ice cream when all varieties on show for them to see ,also ice cream not included for adults, fried eggs not fully cooked for breakfast & poached eggs in restaurant the same, but on the hole we loved it and will be back on MSC SEAVIEW,the majority of staff were amazing a few bar staff could do with some retraining with manners & friendliness .
Great crew, fantastic destinations, clean functional ship unfortunately the food was always cold or Luke warm. Paid extra for cabin upgrade only to be woken almost every night and early morning with crew moving sun beds around. MCS used to be a great cruise line but now coming across as a cost cutting company without retaining any quality. Shame!
Our Yacht club experience was first class. The service and quality of food is the best we have had on any cruise line.
Too crowded and the food is disappointing when for paid specialty restaurants.
Yacht Club on MSC always delivers you get to enjoy all of the benefits of a resort style ship and then also retreat into a world of serenity and great service
Went on MSC Seascape Sept 2024 & again in July 2025. Yet another fantastic experience with a beautiful ship & fantastic staff. People complain about the elevators or the food so much on line & I have to say I had no problem. Occasionally I had to wait a little longer for an elevator but most times no problem. Just chill, you are on vacation. As far as food goes, there is plenty of choice & I am a picky eater but could always find something to eat. If people want a luxury experience then pay luxury price & go Yacht club. For me, lovely ship, clean rooms & wonderful staff made this experience & I would suggest just making the most of all the good & not go looking for the negative. In fact I am returning to Seascape in about 8 weeks.
We recently returned from an Eastern Mediterranean cruise aboard MSC Fantasia, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. Embarkation and disembarkation in Istanbul were chaotic, with no staff guidance, no signage, and no clear process—just a handwritten cabin number and no cruise card or welcome information. Disembarkation was equally disorganised, with late time slots forced on guests and no support for those with private transfers. Customer service throughout the cruise was poor. Staff were frequently dismissive and unhelpful, and basic queries were met with sarcasm or indifference. Facilities were subpar—lifts were unreliable and slow, dining was inflexible, and buffet service lacked essentials like butter, spoons, and even water stations in extreme heat. Simple requests were routinely refused, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a budget cruise than a premium experience. Despite requesting private dining, we were seated with strangers, including a disruptive toddler, which made meals uncomfortable. The rigid dinner schedule also clashed with excursions and entertainment. For the approximately £5,000 we spent, including excursions and onboard expenses, the value was simply not there—especially when compared to our previous cruise with Cunard, which offered far superior service, flexibility, and attention to detail. While a couple of staff members stood out for their kindness, the overall experience has left us unwilling to travel with MSC again. We would not recommend this cruise line to others seeking a relaxing or well-organised holiday.
Horrendous flight times of fly/cruise booking with no option to change them, first of the morning, last of the evening. 9 hours spent hanging around an airport when the cruise was finished. As passengers got on and off at every port, constant fire drills and voice announcements when you are trying to relax, rather than one at the beginning. Terrible experience.
We booked yacht club, we received excellent service, the food was amazing and we were very well looked after
