Impertinent treatment of 85yo and Diamond Member
85 year old accidentally books a cruise 1 August instead of 11 August, calls hours later, as soon as office opened (no international office can access uk bookings despite all attempts), to explain and ask to change within hours of booking, and happy to pay more. 4 people gloat stating terms and conditions (easy to say yes as there was availability), and refuse to accommodate 85 year old who is in Australia and unable to make it for the 1st August cruise with her Diamond member son. Last MSC cruise we took we left early in any case, and also had a cabin empty they refused to refund despite agreeing to do so, so goodbye MSC, great call to lose thousands of dollars a year APPALLING!
