Everything.
Bang Average. Overcrowded and food as bland as you could imagine. Repeated over 14 days. MSC not in the Premier League of Cruise Lines.
Amazing experience
MSC yacht club is the most amazing experience. Well done to the entire YC. Crew.. Look futon returning in a few months 🥰
It was relaxing
Good food lovely ship, great staff, and basically the price at the end of the day is shy we booked it.
The third time on MSC. 14 night Spain cruise. The virtuosa was by far the best ship we have been on. The shows, cruise director and all the staff were amazing. The only thing that let it down was some of the rude and obnoxious customers and people that obviously drink too much and can’t handle it!! But I cannot fault the cruise or staff its self. I must admit I paid a bargin price for 4 of us in a balcony which I think helps….We have two more cruises booked on Virtuosa, and we look forward to returning! Thanks MSC!
This was my first cruise, it was amazing I had my Granddaughter with me, the food, shows the drinks I would like to thank all the staff for looking after .
Id rather row around the med than cruise with MSC, it’s like Wetherspoons at sea with worse food, at least Wetherspoons cover someone’s vomit up with an old hoody someone left behind.
too many children, especially in licensed bars and dance floors.
The staff on board especially Darwin our waiter and Ava toilet attendant Entertainment amazing and food very good Also ship very clean and well maintained Arriving at ports and returning to ship smooth and easy much quicker than I anticipated
Prices for shuttlebus are quite high and Information given not accurate. On one port visit (Malaga) we were informed that the only way to get into the town was by shuttle bus and no taxi or public bus was available. But we later found that we could have got a taxi directly off the ship. And that the big red bus also stopped right outside the ship. Staff in general were lovely but also not well informed - different answers given by different people. On sea days it is impossible to get a sunbed. There were often sunbeds available stacked up but no where to put them. No ones fault but that is how it was. The rule about not reserving sunbeds was not enforced- many being reserved all day. Biggest bug bear was dress code in the restaurants not enforced. People turning up for dinner in beach shorts and flip flops. I understand that everyones standards are different, but for us it was not good. Tailored shorts and nice shirt are fine. No requirement for Tux etc on formal night, which is fine but at least get out of your beach shorts and flip flops. If you decide to go on horse and carriage ride in Malaga then don't just get the first one you approach. We were told by first chap that cost would be 120 euro, but a couple of other drivers approached us with cheaper prices. ended up with one for just 50 euros. same trip.
Friendly service great ports value for money and sails from Southampton

Superb from start to finish
It was overall a god experience, but would think in the future, do we want to use this ship again. It’s a party ship. We were not very comfortable with the lack of seating in public areas . Just to relax on days at sea was difficult The shuttle prices are high.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BENIDORM ON SEA
Much like many other cruise lines, standards have dropped I’m afraid. Daytime entertainment was poor. Too many guests on Virtuosa. . MSC are going for quantity and not quality. Because they fill the ship with maximum guests on the 14 night cruises out of Southampton, the staff cannot cope. Long queues for bars, the buffet is hell on earth, we had 9.30pm dining which was too late really but the restaurants were bedlam at the earlier sittings. Impossible to get a seat sometimes in the evenings….. we had a great time… but a shame MSC are slipping….
We had a lovely holiday
