Prices for shuttlebus are quite high…
Prices for shuttlebus are quite high and Information given not accurate. On one port visit (Malaga) we were informed that the only way to get into the town was by shuttle bus and no taxi or public bus was available. But we later found that we could have got a taxi directly off the ship. And that the big red bus also stopped right outside the ship. Staff in general were lovely but also not well informed - different answers given by different people. On sea days it is impossible to get a sunbed. There were often sunbeds available stacked up but no where to put them. No ones fault but that is how it was. The rule about not reserving sunbeds was not enforced- many being reserved all day. Biggest bug bear was dress code in the restaurants not enforced. People turning up for dinner in beach shorts and flip flops. I understand that everyones standards are different, but for us it was not good. Tailored shorts and nice shirt are fine. No requirement for Tux etc on formal night, which is fine but at least get out of your beach shorts and flip flops. If you decide to go on horse and carriage ride in Malaga then don't just get the first one you approach. We were told by first chap that cost would be 120 euro, but a couple of other drivers approached us with cheaper prices. ended up with one for just 50 euros. same trip.
