Mr. Delivery Reviews

Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

Pathetic service waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my order and the restaurant is just up the road literally 6 mins away.

It has become a daily thing for mr delivery to deliver wrong meals and they will come collect your money and claim to not have change that they will bring your change back and the change is never brought back so they literally steal money from clients

9 out of 10 times my orders are incorrect, late or miserably cold

Takelot delivery parcel disappeared from Mr delivery's facility, theft of customer products.

Won't use Mr. Delivery ever again! They leave out most things that I order and then I get half of what I payed for. Pathetic!

Bad, bad, bad service, placed order, payed for order, went to pickup order, no order was prepared.

I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

I have been using Mr.Delivery service for sometime now and never have I complained because of the great service I receive always. Unfortunately one fateful Saturday i experienced a horrifying service from them Curry and All, Morningside. I usually order my chicken biryani from j's Tikka & Kebab but for some reason they were offline on the day and I deiced to try out Curry and All – the worst mistake I have ever done. When I called for a refund/recommend something on their menu, I was taken from pillar to post by the rude, unfriendly and so called “it’s a family business” for their most horrible rice ever (not basmati), drenched with I have no idea what, looks like food that was prepared for a funeral. I phoned Mr D to raise my concerns and i was told to drop them an email and to this day i have not received any response. I am very disappointed for receiving such shocking service and i am saddened that none of them took action. I ended up throwing the food in the bin without any refund and decided to delete the app.

The delivery man was clean, he followed covid rules during the delivery process. He was on time and actually earlier than the time stated on the app. Most of all he was very polite.

Once again just had awesome green curry from Smokin Wok from Wynberg , delivered on time and piping hot by Mr Delivery. I can highly recommend Smokin Wok for their authentic green curry flavours !!

I ordered food for collection on Mr Delivery for collection. I went to collect using drive through, and I was told that I need to go inside the restaurant. After packing my car, I realised that I didn't have my mask and I couldn't make it in time as they were about to close the restaurant. The following day I experienced health complications and had to go to the hospital. Only getting better now. Today I when I went back to the restaurant they told me they had rejected/cancelled my order and that I need to contact Mr delivery, which I did, I spoke to a lady by the name of Dimpho, she was very rude and didn't care to listen to my reasons for not collecting in time, instead she was more focused on telling me that their terms and conditions doesn't give refund and that I should have collected my food same day. So as I speak now, I've lost my money to Mr delivery. Such poor service.

What a terrible service. They refused to give me a refund even though there system took payment without me even checking out and when I called they refused to give me a refund and said they will throw my food away if I do not collect the items in time

i was unaware that I couldn't be reached at the time I needed to collect my food. I called your customer service reps, simply to be told by the first person that because I couldn't collect my order "there is nothing we can do for you". I drove to the restaurant thinking that the food was returned, it was not. I called you a second time, I was told that the food was not taken back, it was taken to the driver "hub" for processing..! I asked her, "I paid for my food can I have a refund"? She said "It is not possible, I simply forfeit the money I paid" What kind of procedure is this, and who is eating free pizza??!!! Where is the disclaimer for this procedure on your app. THIEVES, don't tell me you threw the food away. Why not return it to the store and have the customer pay a penalty for fuel used to return the pizza. more importantly, WHERE IS THE WARNING/DISCLAIMER!!! I will go to every possible platform to make you guys famous for this absolute useless, unprofessional mandate. How the hell do you tell a customer "there is nothing we can do for you, and you forfeit your money" DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, HOPE YOU CHOKE ON MY PIZZA. LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery was incorrect, I told the driver and lodged a complaint straight away, and ate the food I had. They then sent an email which I saw later requesting pictures. How can I take pictures of food I never got. Now a week later they are saying they won't compensate me. Another useless south African service provider

My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.

Our delivery guy(Mike M) was very nice and apologized for the delay, The food was still warm when it arrived and was very enjoyed, Only problem was the fact that they did not send sauce with the nuggets and the coldrink was incorrect and without straws but nothing major was an issue

STICKY BBQ RONDEBOSCH: Ordered 1 x 200g ribs and 1 x 400g ribs. When my food arrived (Delivery) I had received 2 x 200g ribs!! I called and spoke to Manno or mayo, he advised that he couldn't assist until the following day. I called the following day only to be told that I would be assisted after hours. To this day almost two weeks ago I STILL haven't received those 200g owed. It's the principle ESPECIALLY when you are paying a higher price. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Amazing how the management team NEVER reply. DON'T EAT HERE. To make matters worse, I logged a complaint with Mr Delivery and I too have not received a response. Purely for the lack of communication I am over it. Uber eats all the way!!!

Awful service! I will never use it again, there are many alternatives !!! they either write off money for the order, which is supposedly executed 2 times, or they take the order for a very long time and cannot cancel it.

Im very disappointed since it was my first time using mr d, i didn't recieve my order although on the app it said delivered. Such terrible service this was my first and last time.
