Mr.Delivery horrifying service.

I have been using Mr.Delivery service for sometime now and never have I complained because of the great service I receive always. Unfortunately one fateful Saturday i experienced a horrifying service from them Curry and All, Morningside. I usually order my chicken biryani from j's Tikka & Kebab but for some reason they were offline on the day and I deiced to try out Curry and All – the worst mistake I have ever done. When I called for a refund/recommend something on their menu, I was taken from pillar to post by the rude, unfriendly and so called “it’s a family business” for their most horrible rice ever (not basmati), drenched with I have no idea what, looks like food that was prepared for a funeral. I phoned Mr D to raise my concerns and i was told to drop them an email and to this day i have not received any response. I am very disappointed for receiving such shocking service and i am saddened that none of them took action. I ended up throwing the food in the bin without any refund and decided to delete the app.
