When we lived in Merritt Island, we always received our delivery right on time and the person who had delivered it was always courteous and friendly.
The delivery time estimates are always way off. Mr. Delivery needs to find a way to provide more accurate estimates.
I have never received a delivery in the time frame given by the service, and more often than not the food has been cold. Once, I had to call the restaurant only to learn that Mr. Delivery had canceled our order and we had to pick up the food ourselves defeating the whole purpose of delivery.
The reorder button does not work. I never get the condiments that I list in both special instructions and comment section. Tracker is not up to date---you get notified that order is received and in process but not when en route. Just some sloppy details that could be easily corrected (I send in reviews but no action)
You are too expensive. You mark up the price of the food, charge a delivery fee, and want us to tip the driver! Too expensive!
The website needs a lot of work. I've been kicked off the website, website won't load, lots of cyber bugs and my orders have been lost multiple times and I'm forced to call instead. You wouldn't think that's that big of a deal, but I can't run and hide to make a 10min phone call at work; for food no less. I have to do it in silence, quickly on my phone. However, your call center IS amazing. They are quick, courteous and process my order directly over the phone. I appreciate the company in general and the multiple areas of town/restaurants I can order from. The drivers always have everything correct with adequate togo wares. Everything else is always wonderful. Just fix the website :) including this review site. 3rd time trying to post review. "We're sorry! Something went wrong. Please click Refresh to fix it." you fix it. damn.
I love how fast and accurate it is but the amount of money it costs to pick up a simple one person order is the same amount it takes my family of 4 to a sit down restaurant.
Slow service. The food was usually cold by the time it arrived. The app head several glitches. I have switched to Uber Eats. The have a far better overall experience.

it was perfect for my kid over at school since I was 5 hours away! I could send him a hot dinner! the drivers were always curious!
Delivery fee is too expensive and the last two times I used them my food was cold by the time I received it.
Customer service from the support staff was good, just my food was always late and cold.

Rating Mr. Delivery I would say that they have quick delivery, friendly attitude, but occasionally accuracy of items orders has been off.
App is very hard to navigate; food is 30 min-1 hr late. Items missing from order with no compensation or reach out from customer service
It’s wayyy overpriced compared to the many of their choices out there now. They mark up menu prices and charge more in delivery fees.

Your delivery charges are absolutely ridiculous. I started using DoorDash instead as their delievery prices are way cheaper and I will not switch back to Mr. Delivery unless your prices at least match or are lower than DoorDash. Update: I would maybe give another try with a credit
The app definitely needs a lot of bug fixes. Causes me to choose other apps
