Ordered Food from Kwethukuhle Restaurant. and the Driver Should not be doing this if she has no people skills.

I ordered from Pedro's and my delivery never arrived till today, this is ridiculous I've never been so pissed😠😠😠

If there were negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered from a regular pizza restaurant who's food is always good, but when our pizzas arrived, it looked as though they had been dropped and kicked around before delivery. I spoke with the restaurant who was prepared to offer me new pizzas whilst the Mr. Delivery person on the phone didnt even apologize and offered a R50 discount (of a R400 bill), absolutely uselss service, will never use them again

Stopping to use them. I ordered food to collect. Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

I am really not impress with their service I ordered 6 piece chicken kicken Epping The order has failed because my cell phone was on voice mail but they didn’t even call was waiting outside for my order I didn’t see the driver I am so disappointed

Ordered food at around 19:00 expected food to be delivered by 20:06 never delivered. I mean we order food because we don't feel like cooking that day, we ended up cooking late at night, just imagine waiting for food to be delivered. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company

In the last 6 weeks had many problems with Mr D. Tonight, I get an expensive pizza from Panarottis Fourways When I opened the box, it looked like a scrambled pizza I phoned Panarottis and the manager confirmed they have had many complaints about Mr D. In one instance he told me, the driver dropped the pizza, gathered it together and still delivered it to the client. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. DISGUSTING.

I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

Recently happened,and no refunds.One order was not delivered but on the app it went succesfully delivered.The other order had missing items,I dont get any refunds,its been almost 3 weeks for investigations.I am using uber eats until Mr D will refund,if not good luck,me and my million of friends stop using you.

Missing items from meal. Just go to the drive thru, these fools are totally bloody useless and deserve to go out of business. Anyone working for them is either stupid or criminal. Do not mess with my food.

So I order food from Mr Delivery, I have had no issues from them before. I am a regular customer and ordered from them almost every day. Tonight I ordered food, the driver arrived at the complex and left. He did not even phone me, before the drivers would phone and this time no phone call to say that he was here, he left with my food. I tried calling Mr delivery and even the phone just rang and rang. Not ordering from them ever again. I will order from Uber eats. My order number was DFD142782242.

Wow so you place an order with Mr D ... then they don't have items so they you opt for a refund!nobody advises you of their process.. so the finance team close their eyes and play pick one of your previous orders and refund that not checking if those banking details are correct

The most useless food delivery service

I am very disappointed in Mr Delivery. T&C,s not explained. Been ripped off

Bad delivery. Pizzas were all over the place.

I ordered my food using my card Payment.. My order was canceled at first they reverse the money second time they took almost 2hour then cancel it again but never reverse my money.. My R169 gone.. Contacted the Mr D they say that the was no money was taken from my account they say I must send them prove of my back statement that shows the was money deducted from it by them😢😢😢.. Which I did but no money reverse back yo me...

I contacted the restaurant and the food was done and said there was no driver.. then Mr D refused to refund the tip .. food delayed ,poor service and they kept the tip which is generally gratuity for good service.. which the did not give me ..

The driver siad that he delivered and he did not. Its the second time this week.

The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.
