The food was cold by the time it got here. We ordered from China garden

I quit using Mr Delivery over a year ago after being a frequent (often a couple of time per week) customer. I had received an order that was about 60% wrong and you wouldn’t re-deliver or refund my money for an order that was over $70. I called and emailed for months to no avail. My current order that seems to have been delivered through your service was an accident since I did not realize that the pizza restaurant was using your services for delivery. They have also lost my business now because of you.

Sometimes my orders are incorrect, would be nice if the driver checked the orders while still at the restaurant. Would also be nice if the Lansing location did the reward points like other locations did.

I love it besides having a 15 dollar minimum . I just want a salad and a pop from somewhere and I can’t leave work and I have to spend more money on food I don’t want

It would be great to have more places to choose from. My order is almost always wrong when I have special directions. Like no lettuce.

Our family has used Mr. D for several meals and have never had a problem. The food is always hot, fresh and here on time! It is so nice not having to go out and get dinner when I can have something besides pizza delivered right to my front door. So many choices to pick from.

Always on time food has been great as well and I would recommend using you guys to everyone. hands down the best

I have had nothing but bad luck with this service on several orders I've waited over 2 hours and tried to contact by phone never got an answer and when the food arrives it's so cold it's not worth eating. Then when I do get contacted by someone they always use the excuse it was traffic, Than they offer me a 3 or 5 dollar coupon on my next order. I just spent 30+ dollars for food I can't eat and you give me 5 dollars. And when I go to use it it's expired or the code is invalid. On more then one order I have gotten my food looking like someone threw it down a flight of stairs. I will never use Mr Delivery again and I sure as hell will never recommend them to anyone. And the only I gave them a 1 star is there was no lower option to choose.

You guys suck you never deliver everything’s always closed on the app when are you open and when are you closed it’s really confusing

Drivers are friendly and professional. Food is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Always takes a long time. Anything that would taste better fresh is ruined, which is most things, so I’ll never use Mr Delivery again. Too much extra money for sub-par food. Would probably be fine for pizza or Indian food or other less-delicate stuff.

It took over 30 minutes for them to place the order with the restaurant due to not having enough drivers. Once the the driver finally picked up our food he got lost on the way to our house. It took 1 ½ hour to get our food and we placed the order before 5:00 so not during rush hour.

Not user friendly and a very limited delivery area. Florence but not Burlington? Lost my business entirely.

Haven’t ordered using mr delivery for a while but the service fees and delivery fees are very high. When one tips the driver and then plus the fees it’s more than the food.

I’ve always had great luck with Mr. Delivery. The drivers are prompt, courteous,and the food is always in great shape and hot!
