you have not told me anything
Good service
Things worked okay. I had some issues with the website the last few times i was on it. I had problems with the quote feature last week and today I had issues entering in my information. I was able to get through it and it was a pretty minor deal.
Danny was very helpful live in providing useful information to commit to a shipment, and in resolving some issues over the phone related to reserving on the website.
Very to use. Chats are fast and in formative. And the price is affordable. Thx
Had some trouble with website but your customer support knew exactly what I was dojng wrong.
Great service, able to schedule for a quick turnaround using the terminal service. Agent on the phone was helpful too. Had cheaper quotes but they were unwilling to guarantee any date.
Haven't talked to anyone yet in person but the form seemed easy to use and reasonably priced. Would like to hear from someone about the deal though. Are there any military vet deals? Anyway, I would probably use this company when I comes time
Easy to use and the rate was competitive. Good carrier. JT
Very quick response. Thank you
Easy to get quote
Knowledge, polite, very professional, answered all my questions and concerns!! Worry & hassle free!!
Bike is shipped with other products, pallets in terrible shape, drivers do not care about your belongings. These are contracted shippers. Nothing special about this company, don’t let them fool you into thinking they only deal with people who transport motorcycles. Will never use again. Took 3 weeks to pick up bike, damaged the bike and blamed me for the damage, typical. They want your money, they don’t care about your bike. Use someone else.
Very quick quote provided. It would be desirable to have some flexibility to provide date ranges and depot options in an effort to negotiate a better cost.
Spoke with agent very helpful in walking me through the online process
While it was hard waiting, it arrived today, no problems, everything like it should, I am very happy with my experience. Service was fast, convenient, friendly. I would do it again if I needed to, thanks!
To expensive,I went with another company that hauls bikes only. They were half the price, and very fast.shop around.
No issues… very satisfied.. would use again
The website just hung every time I tried to get a quote for VIP shipping (which is what I need as I leave CA on 4/30). I called and got a quote from the nice lady on the phone and received an email with the link, but then when I checked the VIP service box, I got an error saying "registration values have changed" and when I requested a requote as instructed, the system hung again. I'm pulling my hair out here! In desperation I've made a standard reservation, hoping that I can upgrade to a VIP *and* get my bike picked up and shipped but as of right now (4/24) I've no idea if that's possible. :-(
