Website Hung When Requesting VIP Quote.
The website just hung every time I tried to get a quote for VIP shipping (which is what I need as I leave CA on 4/30). I called and got a quote from the nice lady on the phone and received an email with the link, but then when I checked the VIP service box, I got an error saying "registration values have changed" and when I requested a requote as instructed, the system hung again. I'm pulling my hair out here! In desperation I've made a standard reservation, hoping that I can upgrade to a VIP *and* get my bike picked up and shipped but as of right now (4/24) I've no idea if that's possible. :-(
