Super easy and quick to get a quote and even better to book, great experience.
Process was very easy to follow and complete.
So far so good. I had a problem with booking but customer support contacted me with instructions that worked the first time. Happy so far.
The booking experience was simple, quick, and cost effective.
Danny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he explained everything about the shipping and how long to expect delivery times
Haven’t finished my shipment with Motorcycle Shippers quite yet, only have booked so far, however customer service team has been an amazing help to me and very accommodating in helping me alleviate the stress of shipping my bikes across the country! Will let y’all know how the rest of the shipment pans out however first half has been ultra smooth.
Easy to get a quote and schedule date. No surprises or questions left after getting the quote.
Easy to contact and very professional.
online application was easy to follow for an instant quote
Very easy and straightforward to use.
Got on the site put in my info and paid , it was simple
Danny was the best!
Very easy to process.
So far so good. Ask me again after delivery
This was very easy. The best part is, they say they will dispatch a roll back bed truck. That is just the ticket to load a 600+ pound motorcycle that is prepped for storage and can’t be driven up a ramp. The price is very competitive.
Called over the phone was was told basically go back and fill the request out on line. Not helpful.
All good, Thanks!
Every part of the the site to fill out was very easy to fill out, self explanatory. Easy to comprehend. I even called the company and the gentleman I talked to was very understanding and helpful.
Very Good Service. I had some questions and contacted Danny Reyes and he got back to me right away with the answers.
Overall the process for booking was easy, to make process more user friendly it would be great if you could book multiple shipping request to the same destination at one time. Otherwise the customer service has been great and I would recommend this company to others.
For 140 mile trip MC Shippers want over $1,000.00 I've gotten quotes of $250.00 You do the Math.
